Great socks, no customer support
The socks are, as always, fantastic; great quality, great fun.
However, customer is non-existent; with my last order I suddenly needed to pay import fees (substantial sum on already expensive socks), although the website clearly states that "We ship orders to customers based in the EU with customs fees paid for and included, so long as the order value is under €150". Clearly something had gone wrong, but no matter how many (kind, mind you) emails I send, I never get a response. Looking at other reviews I'm not the only one. Such a shame.

The quality is ok
The quality is ok, but not as good as I expected for the price. The packaging was disappointing. Although I very much approve of parcels being as small as possible, this one snugly fit the inner box, which was crumpled and dented as a result. Which was too bad as the socks were supposed to be a gift. All in all i like the socks but I probably won’t order again.

Most recently as gifts for friends.
I love the sophisticated colours and understated design which are always classy.

In the meantime, we'd recommend washing inside out on a cool, gentle cycle — this helps preserve the colours for longer.
