The London Transgender Clinic Reviews 

I had my annual visit to LTC on the 5th December and one again found a welcoming team in friendly and relaxing environment.
My review was very focused as usual and I am grateful for the professional diligence I was given.

They honestly made the process so much easier than I was expecting. They kept in contact, they made sure I had appointments. I realized the NHS waiting list was 3-4 years and decided to go private, I've now gotten my prescription the same year. On the day of my final appointment, my normal doctor/nurse Amanda was off sick, and I thought my appointment was cancelled and devistated. But instead of cancelling my appointment like I expected them to, they called me up and asked if it was okay for me to go with another doctor/nurse named Beth to have the appointment at the same time. I was so grateful for this as I thought I'd have to wait a while until I could have another appointment. I could not thank them enough for providing me with one of the things I needed most. Thank you to everyone at the transgender clinic, specially Amanda and Beth for helping me through the process. Thank you.

The team there have been really great with working around all the delay and issues I've been having with nhs GP's. Amanda has been especially amazing, I've been moving around quite a bit and had to swap Gp's several times and shes always been patient while I get things orginised. I could not reccomend her enough.

I have been a patient of LTC since October 2018. They have been nothing but professional, caring and kind in their attitude towards me and I feel very safe and supported during my appointments. I was able to get onto testosterone very swiftly (April 2019) and have had a good experience since with my follow ups. One of which was to exclusively discuss surgery which I found very informative. One thing I would like to see improved is the phone lines. I appreciate the clinic is at capacity but I've found that I can't get through even when calling early in the day or my voicemails are not followed up on. This has been resolved by contacting a nurse directly which I don't want to do as I appreciate their mailboxes will be at capacity too. Other than that I am a happy patient and look forward to my visits :)

I'm very thankful for your services with wonderful results that will last forever, I feel blessed. Great team, friendly ambience and SUPER helpful. In summary: I took the best nap of my life and when I woke up my problems were just...gone! Surgery truly is magical.

They were very kind and helpful.
Especially as I'd had unforeseen delays over fertility preservation.
They also made very clear what to do and what the next steps will be.

Bethany was so lovely in my first in-person appointment. All the staff I’ve interacted with there have been excellent to be honest. I think that’s so important in the role she has and I feel really happy that so many will have such a pleasant first appointment - which could be a scary thing otherwise. Very glad I went with LTC thus far. Thanks so much!

I had my first in person appointment today with LTC regarding taking over my Testosterone prescription and was very nervous, but the receptionist was so lovely. I saw Bethany who immediately put me at ease and made the entire experience less terrifying. I’m autistic and she made sure to let me know that the blood pressure machine might cause a little sensory overload and also didn’t force me to talk about/look at the numbers on my height/weight checks which I also really appreciated.

I honestly don't know where I would be without The LTC. It was nice to be able to get onto someone's books and start treatment faster than it would have been if I was to wait for the NHS. I have had many complications along the way (no fault of the clinic) and they have always tried to fix them as soon as possible. My Nurse has been Amanda and she always responds fast and tries her best to make sure everything goes smoothly for me. I always get treated with respect when I call the clinic or email anyone for any reason.

Everyone I met there has been really kind and I really appreciate the work they do for the community

I recently went for my first face to face appointment at the clinic. It’s always scary going to a new place for an appointment not knowing what to expect and always worrying about the worst case scenario. But being greeted by a friendly receptionist instantly put me at ease. I saw Amanda who was amazing and answered and explained every question and worry. First time I’ve ever been to an appointment and enjoyed it!

I have been a patient at London transgender since 2018 I have had excellent treatment the staff are respectfull.
The clinic check my hormones and have a shared care agreement with my GP

I thought my appointment was very quick 20 mins approximately, the body analysis machines printer wasnt working so all I received was a photo of the machine from an iphone , we didnt go through the results,
I found it fairly rushed and felt for the money I paid it seemed over priced. And left feeling short changed
Unfortunately there isn't many options privately

Having given up waiting for the NHS, in desperation trying to self medicate and messing things up... I honestly can't thank Beth & Mary enough for their support, understanding, and help in sorting out my hormones.

It's such a relief to finally have a prescription!

Mr Christopher Inglefield and Miss Natasha Berridge are simply my heroes! Really good experience, great results and aftercare! Everybody from LTC was lovely and helpful, very professional. They do their surgeries in The Harley Street Hospital, very good place too! Definitely recommend to everyone!

I am very grateful to the LTC for being there every step of the way with my transition from female to male, having organised my hormone treatment and upcoming surgery. The nurses and reception staff are all very attentive and kind. Very much recommend!

Lovely staff and so helpful!
Despite being so busy, the staff never fail to answer even the most basic questions. They understand the process so well, and are supportive every step of the way.

I’ve been struggling with gender dysphoria for as long as i can remember. The team in the clinic made me feel, welcome, relaxed and secure in my treatment. I never thought i’d get to a point where i would be on HRT as it seemed like such a long way away or things would get in the way. But LTC provided me with the care i truly need which has been life changing. I cannot wait till i’m further in my journey, & am confident within myself. If you can afford the clinic I recommend them wholeheartedly, truly changed my world.

Talking with the receptionists about some details regarding my appointment was very quick and helpful, and my appointment over Zoom was also very pleasant. Staff are very polite, helpful and supportive.

A tremedous thanks to the LTC clinic for their efficient and great service. I recently just started the HRT and a massive thank you to Nurse Amanda for the support and Dr. Vahidi for the quick service of booking me in for surgery as quick as possible. Well recommended for their customer service and their never ending support. It is by far the most helpful clinic I have been for consultation.

My experience with the trans gender Clinc has be, welcoming, enjoyable and stress free. I’ve only had two check up so far but with each one I have left feeling extremely looked after and supported.
