LTC were wonderful. I have been with them for just over 6 months now. My nurse, Amanda, has been super responsive and available to answer all my questions since I started HRT. I recommend them to anyone looking to go private for transition-related care (note that my experience is limited purely to HRT, I haven't engaged with any other part of their services).

LTC has been incredibly concise with their Medical care and have been very communicative and easy to work with once you have started their treatment plans. I have reccomended friends to change to LTCs care as they ,compared to other private providers, provide a much better service.

I just scheduled my first male to female salon appointment for a full makeover with make up trying to use my own hair but could easily switch to a wig I have no hesitation in getting more excited each day I will send before and after pictures tomorrow Brandi

LTC has honorably help me get through with my transitioning and make much top notch successful progress, they have a good name, although some employees grow old and would leave their organization, it's really hard to find replacements for this task.
Give London Transgender a start. Much better than other Organizations! I recommend LTC highly 11/10

I have been visiting LTC a little over 6 months now, primarily Sarah for LHR. I just want to express how Sarah has changed my life for the better.

I’m a transgender Female in my mid 20’s. I never really struggled with body hair, until I was around 19/20 but in the last year it started to get so “dark” and “full” I don’t know how to describe it, it was just a slow killer for me and my transition, I wanted to die every day. Waking up, looking at myself and seeing all this horribleness attached to my skin… it wasn’t me! With having to “shave” (can I just emphasise how much that word makes me feel sick) everyday, my skin was becoming extremely irritated, red, sore…. I cannot continue to express the pain levels, mentally, physically and emotionally. Sarah and her professional ways really did put her all in to reassure me that IT WILL GET BETTER and I WILL BE OKAY! Sarah wasn’t wrong and my skin is so much better.

I cannot even begin to describe how lovely, warm, understanding and reassuring Sarah really is. Sarah has quite literally SAVED MY LIFE.
So…. This is 6 sessions of LHR done and complete, my skin is smoother, thinner with hair and NO PAIN! I’ve booked my next 6 sessions (1 session a month) and I really enjoy coming in to Sarah, Violet and Caspar.

Just to add, I do not want to forget Violet and Caspar! Those 2 will shine up any dark room

I feel like I’m rambling on now, but to close this - LTC really are special. I would recommend them to anyone struggling with any part of their transition.

Great - friendly and helpful.

Well I started my journey with LTC back in early 22, from the moment I book to me getting my HRT prescription I was treated with the up most respect, reception have been so helpful with minor things but Amanda one of the HRT DR who was the cherry on top for me, knowing I didn’t live in london and lived quite far out Amanda and the LTC team would respond back to me ASAP which I loved. I can’t thank the company enough especially knowing how hard it was starting off , Thank you LTC from reception to HRT Dr without them I wouldn’t be here

I am a transmasculine individual who has been undergoing hormone replacement therapy under the guidance of Nurse Lydia Giddings. She has been very cheerful and caring throughout my journey. Her nimbleness in deducting problems and finding viable solutions has been amazing.

My experience with LTC has been solidified as a brilliant and life changing experience by Lydia Giddings, she is so kind and helped me with everything I needed to do, any questions I had she explained and helped ease my nerves for my face to face appointment. I cannot recommend her enough! Thankyou to the LTC for having me.

I went into my appointment to get my hormone prescription to begin hrt (mtf), and I was extremely nervous. As soon as I got into the waiting room I was greeted by a Caspar, a very sweet receptionist. Then Bethany Davies, a practice nurse brought me and my friend into her office. We had a great conversation and she guided me through all the risks and likely effects which calmed my nerves. Me and my friend got along with Bethany very well and I'm excited to see her for my 6-month follow up. Bethany is personable and easy to talk to, she took me and my friend down to do the body analysis and we spoke to some kind coworkers of hers too. It was overall a great experience and I got my prescription at the end of it! I'd recommend the LTC to anyone that can afford it.

I was treated by Dr. Berridge for aesthetic filler in the lips and outer mouth areas. She was very thorough in the examination, discussing in-depth my goals, the possibilities, and outcomes. She used a very fine needle which takes a doctor more time but allows absolute precision. I felt well-cared for and in the hands of an undoubted expert in the field of Aesthetic Medicine. I will return again knowing I can trust her guidance for my aesthetic journey.

I had my top surgery consultation today with Dr Vahidi and LeighAnn. They both made me feel comfortable and relaxed and kept a good balance of professionalism and lightheartedness. I am also happy with the improvements to the wait times as I was previously told that I wouldn't even get an appointment till next year and now I'll be able to have the surgery by February! Can't wait for my referral to be done so I can officially book a surgery date!

I could not recommend LTC more they are some of the most considerate, understanding, helpful and professional staff and nurses I have ever had the pleasure of having as my care givers.

About 3 months after my gender dysphoria diagnosis I was called by the receptionist at LTC. They kindly explained what I needed prior to my appointment and what I needed to bring with me (I had my 2 appointments within a month).
I had some worries prior to my virtual appointment but the admin team were happy to answer any of my queries. The nurse I saw at my first consultation was very thorough but spoke to me like a real person. Any technical jargon was made simple and easy to understand and she actually spent time explaining the whole process. Very helpful as I had a few questions that were answered.

At my physical appointment I had some issues with my blood pressure but they helped me the whole way in terms of contacting my GP and what I could do myself to improve it. They have always been prompt with email responses and I have never felt out of the loop with my care. As soon as my GP was happy they swiftly sent out my prescription! I look forward to seeing them again at my review. Do not try and DIY your treatment just pay the extra and go with them, trust me it's worth it! Hassle free and safe 😁

When it came to my treatment, Beth, my HRT nurse, was really helpful in explaining everything. She also waited patiently as I had to sign numerous forms on their iPad. Despite feeling under the weather that day, Beth decided not to call in sick, which I thought was really considerate of her.

I highly recommend LTC since they have been fantastic.

Had a great experience felt very much at ease as soon as i arrived my hormone nurse Amanda was very caring she explained everything to me brilliantly and answered any questions i had looking forward to visiting again.
Just a quick mention for violet on reception she took time to search for a local pharmacy that had the hormones in stock top lady.

Lydia is my nurse and she is wonderful, she replies to emails quickly and sends any documents or letters I need nice and fast too :)

Very helpful and informative, did everything they could to make me feel comfortable.

I had my first consultation regarding a top surgery as a non-binary person today and though I was super nervous going in, turns out I had nothing to worry about. Dr Vahidi and Roberto the nurse made me feel absolutely at ease and were kind and professional throughout. I'm very excited to take the next step, a very lovely team.

Everyone was very friendly and lovely, felt very welcome. Everything was explained really well.

Was incredibly nervous but the staff was absolutely lovely, was seen by Amanda and she made me feel incre comfortable and at ease as well as explained everything perfectly, overall was a very pleasant experience and i’m super happy!
