I went for my first consultation today with Dr Vahidi and Charlie and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They were both very friendly and made me feel comfortable :)

I had such a wonderful experience with the staff at the clinic it was really welcoming as well as professional and i just appreciated the kindness i was shown by Dr. Vahidi, and the nurse LeighAnn Grier, they were really patient with me although i was a little fumbled for words and spoke me through everything answering any questions i had, and i felt very human in this experience as previous experiences with surgeons felt rather cold it was such a wonderful change of environment to be treat this way, I’m very glad to have choose this clinic and look forward to going further in my transition journey with them! :)

So far my experience with Mr Vahidi has been excellent. He maintained absolute professionalism throughout the duration of our consultation and explained the process of the medical procedure with great clarity. He offered encouragement and reassurance throughout the consultation and gave me a boost of optimism that made me feel much better than when I had first entered. LeighAnn, the practice nurse was very friendly and helpful and, again, was professional throughout. I cannot recommend Dr Vahidi and LeighAnn enough, they were both brilliant and I very much look forward to seeing them soon.

I cannot speak highly enough of Mr Inglefield, Mr Vahidi, Roberto and all of the team. I had top surgery on the 1st of September, and the care throughout the past 4 weeks has been exceptional. The team cannot do enough for you and answer all of your questions with patience and care and always with a smile on their face. This has been the first medical experience since I transitioned where I feel treated with respect and equality and for that I am so grateful. They have made the entire process so much easier than I thought it would be. I would recommend LTC to anyone and I will be forever grateful for how much they have done for me and how friendly and welcoming all the staff are, thank you so much!

I’ve had the best experience with LTC. Lydia went above and beyond to help me sort everything in time for my appointment to start HRT. Very grateful, response time is good too!

Contacted LTC team on Twitter. They did reply promising someone would give me a call back. That was on 16th august and today is 25th sept- no one has ever called me and no further Twitter replies either.

Lydia was helpful, and very genuine nice nurse. I would recommend her to anyone. Thankyou so much

Excellent service, felt very cared for

I recently have had my top surgery with Mr. Inglefield and I am very happy with the whole process. I was treated by a professional and compassionate team who gave me all of the necessary information and medical care I needed for my treatment to go well. Furthermore, all necessary psychological and physiological checks are taken by doctors to make sure that you are definitely the right candidate for surgery/other treatments, which gave me ease of mind in such a large unknown process. The care I have received has been excellent.

I went in for a consultation for gender affirming surgery with LTC recently. During the consultation I met with Dr Inglefield and Leighann. Both were so professional, and Leighann especially put my at ease and help through every step of the appointment.
I left feeling incredibly positive, and happy to be in the care of LTC. The following email correspondance with Leighann has been fantastic, especially given some of my concerns. I am incredibly appreciative of Leighann's friendly and professional care whilst dealing with LTC leading up to my surgery, and I look forward to the next steps.

Lydia is an absolute superstar! Felt relaxed as soon as we started our meeting, really friendly and incredibly helpful!

Went in for my 1 year checkup and, as with the last time I was there, the reception staff were very pleasant, friendly and helpful, making sure I was comfortable and ready for my appointment.
Amanda talked me through various hormone options to update my prescription and was clear and honest with her recommendations. I feel like I'm in safe and capable hands with LTC.

l have to say that within this clinic l would be lost, being transgender is hard and the NHS offer nothing at the age of 71 l am expected to wait till lm 76 before l can get an appointment so all l can say thank you team you make my life lm now the women l have always wanted to be God bless you all.

London Transgender Clinic is absolutely outstanding. I've been to another private trans clinic before who was absolutely terrible like making jokes about my mental health. But at London Transgender Clinic. The care, respect, support, professionalism and inclusivity are all outstandingly amazing. Highly recommend them myself as a trans girl myself

Amazing Service. Good. customer service. Only problem is they don't receive calls. During emergency its hard to contact them.

I've been with them for over a year and they're always very caring and dedicated to giving the best care they can.

I had my first in person appointment on the 23rd of August and as I walked in I was made to feel so relaxed everyone was so helpful and happy. I saw Lydia and she is amazing made me and my wife feel completely relaxed and explained everything really well, and made sure to check if we had any questions about anything. I would highly recommend this place. 11/10 experience

I have been with LTC for about 6 months now, they have been really organised and competent. Amanda has been great, she always responds via email if I have any concerns about any side affects from being on hormones. I recommend using LTC to help and guide people through transitioning.

I have a top surgery consultation at the end of the year.

Lovely people, I felt safe and welcome, it was all very professional and I would recommend them to anyone else in need of there services
