Bethany Davies is so lovely- she's done a great job of helping me feel less alone and even put in extra time and effort for me- it all feels very personal and much more one-to-one, which is exactly what you want! She's bubbly and friendly, funny and so kind! She's done a great job putting me at ease and was so nice to talk to- I'll 100% be booking my next review with her!

The staff really take the time to get to know you- and I'm looking forward to seeing Bethany for my next review- and can't thank her enough for staying in contact with me to give me an extra helping hand.

Also had top surgery consultation with Dr Inglefield, coming up for surgery in November- and he and his team really put me at ease. So gentle and welcoming, he knew what I wanted without me even saying a word- best surgeon in the game and can't wait for the surgery!

I also couldnt have gotten to where I am in LTC without Vickie Pasterski- one of the nicest people I've ever met and so genuinely caring.

I have been under Lydia's care and all I can say is that she is amazing. She is friendly, very easy to speak to and is very patient when it comes to asking a lot of questions. I am grateful that she is so welcoming as is the LTC staff. I am also thankful that I am under their care and Lydia makes my journey much more comforting and exciting as I know what changes to expect and am reassured that things will come into place for me.

I am so overjoyed with how wonderful, welcoming and quick the service at LTC has been so far. Before I got in touch with them, I had been on the NHS waiting list for two years with no update or further contact from them. But from the moment I got my referral sorted out, the timeframe from being put on the waiting list and finally getting to start hormones was only a few months! I couldn't be happier! And the staff are all absolutely lovely, I was super nervous when I went into the clinic in person but they made me feel at home and relax right away. Even the clinic itself is lovely. Five stars all round and thank you so much LTC for everything so far!! 💖

I have been with the LTC for a little over a year, and have been receiving hormone treatment with them during that time. I have also had facial feminisation surgery with them. My experience throughout has been really positive. Everyone I have interacted with, whether it has been the nurses, the surgery team, the receptionists, therapists, or anyone who’s answered my emails, has been extremely supportive, friendly and professional. I really cannot fault the standard of care I have received, and I am certainly in a better place, emotionally and physically, than I was a year ago.

Regarding the surgery, everything (including risks and expected outcomes) was explained to me in full. Nothing was over-promised. The experience was a little scary, but I was dealt with really well by everyone involved, and am very happy with the results. I have, unfortunately, had a complication with my hairline, post-surgery, but the nursing team have been proactive in helping me manage that, which is all you can ask for, really.

I have seen a few negative reviews on Google and Trustpilot concerning communication. Yes, it can be difficult to get in touch on the phone, and yes, it can take a while to receive a reply to emails. However, when you do receive a reply, it is never noncommittal or dismissive. I try to view this through the lens of the massive underrepresentation in healthcare for trans and non-binary people, in the UK. My expected wait at the NHS is three years, and it was six months until I was officially on that waiting list (that's not intended as a slight on the NHS; it's just the way things are currently). The LTC must be similarly overloaded with enquiries and are surely working with a vast patient base. Nevertheless, my initial reply regarding hormone therapy came in two weeks, and in a further few weeks the ball was rolling.

This brings me onto my last point, which is that nothing is rushed or done flippantly when it comes to diagnosis, medication or treatment. I had to make an appointment with a registered psychiatrist prior to both HRT and FFS, and any changes to treatment have only been made after a proper analysis.

My face to face appointment was a lot less stressful than I imagined - I was nervous aswell as excited but Bethany put me at ease.
Bethany is the hormone specialist I saw for my initial video appointment and then again for my face to face appointment. Honestly just had a right laugh with her and she was more like a friend even after only meeting her once, the clinic in general is very friendly and approachable.
I am currently on my second estradiol patch so no changes as of yet but I'm excited to see how my transition goes and I wouldn't want to start my journey with anyone else :)

I recently had a hormones appointment as well as my top surgery. Hormones Nurse Lydia is incredibly genuine and understanding im lucky to have her encouragement. For my surgery the nurses we some of the most friendly and wonderful staff, and Dr Inglefield was incredibly supportive and my surgery results look amazing!!!

Everyone at the team is very lovely and work their best to help you. I was recently having some trouble with my gp prescribing me a medication but the team helped me out :)

My nurse, Lydia is especially amazing and is always looking out for me. She is very hard-working, caring and helpful, always giving me advice whenever I need it very promptly! ^^

The whole team at the LTC have been so supportive and friendly, answering any questions I may have and pointing me in the right direction when I needed recommendations. Mary had been amazing at helping me secure shared care with my GP after they initially refused my request. I would recommend them to anyone.

Went with LTC for top surgery and can honestly say the process was fantastic. Didn’t feel rushed or pressured into anything and was given all the information I needed to make my choice. The staff were fantastic from consultation to surgery to aftercare and I’ve felt completely looked after from day one. Special mentions to Diana the lady there when I woke up thank you for being so lovely, and to the nurses; Charlie and team are beyond lovely every time I’m there for a check up and Lisa who did my MLD was FANTASTIC. And of course the man himself Dr Inglefield for my incredible new chest!

Everyone I’ve met has been so friendly and easy to talk to, I’ve definitely felt looked after.

I have been seem by LTC for a few years now, for my initial diagnosis of gender dysphoria, my hormone therapy, and most recently my top surgery. The staff have been fantastic throughout and I cannot reccomend the clinic highly enough. In my experience, the staff are very keen on finding treatment that works for the individual rather than taking a cookie cutter approach, and I've felt that my needs and wants have been respected at every step of my transition.

Went in for fillers with Miss Berridge and the experience was wonderfull the whole way through. All the staff are very friendly and helpful, and they definately know what they're doing. I wasn't 100% on what I wanted or needed when I walked in but I left with a lot more knowledge about what was possible with different procedures and what might help me the most, and it definetly felt like my input was important and, while they were keen to offer more than what I initially asked for, I didn't feel pressured and the final decision was clearly mine and I'm very happy with the results. Will definately go back in the future.

I've scheduled FFS (rhinoplasty+brow contour) with MR Inglefield, I met him back in December 2021. the pre-op meetings went very smooth and I really liked him straight away, which I find super important when picking the right surgeon.
Fast forward to my surgery I had at the end of May, and being 6 weeks post op, I have to say I am well beyond impressed with how professional and yet extremely kind everyone was. from the office staff, to the nurses, and the surgeons (Mr Inglefield and Miss Berridge)

I am very happy with the results and I got exactly what I asked for, a natural gorgeous result!! putting your face into the hands of somebody can be very scary, but I had great faith in their skills and I am glad I followed my instinct and picked LTC, over other surgeons.

Another thing worth mentioning, is the follow up you get with the team, LTC will keep you monitored for the whole year (the most appointments are the first 6 weeks) and will ensure that everything went well, and you get 3 MLD included in the price. Henrietta and Lisa were AMAZING in every way.

I want to mention that Chris never oversold or pushed for any procedures, in fact he even discouraged a few that I proposed as they were quite unnecessary, for my individual case. which I really appreciated

Excellent experience from the start. LTC genuinely care about trans people and create a welcoming and safe environment. I felt so supported and respected by the whole team - admins, nurses and Mr Inglefield. And they really mean it. All the anxieties that come with being trans and the awkwardness that many of us experience in waiting rooms and surgeries evaporate at LTC. They listen, they answered all of my questions (for top surgery), medical advice was perfect. Collaboration with the hospital team was brilliant on surgery day - surgery prep, the surgery itself, recovery and aftercare were excellent. And above all: the results are amazing, I couldn't be happier. 10 out of 10.
They schedule several post-op appointments including with Mr Inglefield, to make sure the healing process goes as smoothly as possible and to get the best possible results.
If I had to do it again, I'd go right back to LTC. Strongly recommend Mr Inglefield and his team. I'm so glad I went there.

Had nothing but a great experience. Everything is clearly laid out and explained. My hormones Nurse was awesome. I was pretty nervous and I can be really quiet but she made me feel comfortable and was really helpful with any queries I had. I’m proper grateful and would definitely recommend.
