Trustworthy company, quality products and reliable service. Just received my 4th pair of driving loafers and never disappointed!

Ordered a card holder in November as a Christmas present, promised delivery in 15 days yet only arrived today (31st December). Customer service almost non existent, I sent multiple emails requesting more info on where my item was and only a couple were replied to with less than helpful information saying to look out for tracking info. Card holder quality is rather awful considering I paid £50 for the product, it’s extremely flimsy and cheap looking leather. Would not recommend buying from this company.

I ordered a gilet on the 29th November for a Christmas present. After 9-10 days I had received no email that my item had been shipped - therefore I contacted the company to ask when my item will be shipped. They replied on the 9th December to say that due to a high volume of orders the delivery times are taking slightly longer but aim to have them out that same week.

On the 13th December I then received an email to say my item had been shipped. However after several working days I still hadn’t received my order - and when I checked the tracking info it kept saying ‘ready to ship’ - therefore I emailed the company again, to which they replied ‘ there seems to be an error and the order is being marked as fulfilled.’

They then advised that they could either dispatch the order or offer a refund. This was no use to me, as it was the 20th December therefore it only left a couple of working days for the item to get to me before Christmas as it was a present for someone.

I replied and asked for an immediate refund to be processed, however I’ve received no word back from the company, I even sent a follow up email to which I’ve still has no reply.

Given the amount of negative reviews below I would not order from this company again. I understand that it might be a smaller business, however I’ve ordered from many smaller businesses before and I’ve never had an experience like this.

The fact that this company lists themselves as a ‘British Luxury lifestyle brand’ is appealing, given the level
of service. You would think if you ordered from any business 1 month before Christmas that they would at least have the item delivered before Christmas Day.

DON'T ORDER from this company. 4 months waiting for delivery - many false promised and now weeks since I asked for a refund. Shameful service.

I want to share my experience with this company. This company is an absolute disaster and it seems that they want to scam their "customers". I ordered a pair of loafers on the 05. September and paid 144,99 GBP.
Plottwist, I guess I‘ll never see the shoes and I‘ll Never get my Money back.

After 3 weeks I wrote an email and asked when I‘ll receive my order. After a Couple of days, the wrote that due to tecnical Problems my order hasn‘t been send out, but they will send the Order asap. 3 weeks later, nothing has happened and I sent an reminder. They didn‘t answer, so I decided to write an review on Trustpilot. A few minutes after I Published the review, the status of my order changed to "shipped" and I got an email from the company director. In his email he refered to my Review and apologied for the Delay, assured that they don‘t want to scam their customers and mentioned some ridiculous excuses why it takes so long to send out the order. He promised to have an accurate deliver Date in the next days.

That was 4 weeks ago and what a surprise…. nothing happend….

So the conclusion of my Shopping experience is: This company is an absolute disgrace, making a lot of attention on Instagram but in the end they just take the Money and scam their customers.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Their service is appalling!

Two and a half months ago, I placed an order for 10 of their wallets as gifts to my groomsmen at my wedding. Needless to say, they have still not arrived, robbing me of the opportunity to give something special to my groomsmen on the day.

I have contacted The Lord’s Club over and over again by email as well as through their website chat (now no longer available) and their Instagram. The rare times that they respond, I have been given some half-hearted excuse with a vague promise that my order will eventually be fulfilled.

Despite asking for a full refund, they have only provided me with £55, which is 10% of my total order. This business advertises products that suggest class and sophistication, but they are clearly the furthest thing from either of those qualities!

If anyone from the company reads this, I will remove my comment if you follow through with my order or provide me with a full refund.

I’m not too sure what all of the reviews are about slating this company.

I’ve purchased multiple times and have always been happy with the product, whether it’s card holder of loafers.

On one of the orders the delivery was slower than expected but still came and the owner was very quick to reply, I even went onto his live stream and asked in the comments- lovely guy.

Very nice company, hoping to order some Chelsea boots soon!

Scam alert! They will take your money and never send your order. They will respond to emails promising that it's coming. We gave it months. Nothing came. Do not buy!

I’ve been purchasing from Lords since they were known as Lord Loafers back in 2018, these are by far the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn and own quite a few pairs of them now.
The owner is incredibly active even if things do go wrong, I will continue to use this company and I look forward to seeing new releases.

Unlike other reviews, I have to compliment the Customer service. Quick, attentive and happy to help with any queries I have.

I ordered two pairs of shoes from them and I have to say I’m very impressed. Stylish and comfy, they’ve gained me lots of compliments and have elevated my shoe game! Great value for money.

Delivery time is longer than some stores but that’s to be expected when ordering a quality product. It isn’t Amazon prime after all!

All round excellent experience ordering from the Lords Club and I’ll defo be getting more pairs!

My last orders have been excellent, fast and of good quality. I highly recommend it.

I wish I could give a minus, what a shambles of a company. I ordered the loafers 5 weeks ago in April for April delivery, nearly in June and still no sign. I’ve contacted them a ridiculous amount of times and nothing has been done, they couldn’t care less about their customers they only care about posting “old money” TikToks. DO NOT BUY off this absolute disgrace of a company!!!!!!!

I really hope this is a scam because of it's a genuine company then it's the worst one I've ever dealt with. Spent £ 250 on a pair of boots coming up to 50 days ago, the estimated delivery time was 11 days to manufacture plus shipping, I've emailed them a lot at first they claimed to not know what was going on ... See all the other reviews on here, then it was the apologies and now they just ignore me ...
