Awful customer service
Awful customer service; didn't dispatch the present ordered at the start of December, and then when I asked for a refund even that has taken 3 weeks! Very slow to answer enquiries and don't even bother with the web chat as no one is ever there.

I recently had a highly disappointing experience with The Lords Club, and I feel compelled to share my frustrations here. I ordered a pair of shoes and mistakenly selected a size 7 instead of my actual size, 10.
Hoping for a quick and hassle-free solution, I reached out to their customer service department. Unfortunately, my attempts to rectify the situation have been met with complete silence. Despite multiple emails and messages, there has been no response whatsoever.
This lack of responsiveness is not only unacceptable but has left me stuck with a pair of shoes that I cannot use. The complete disregard for customer concerns is disheartening, and it reflects poorly on The Lords Club's commitment to customer satisfaction.
In an era where customer service should be a top priority, my experience with The Lords Club has been a stark reminder that not all companies value their customers. I would strongly advise potential buyers to reconsider purchasing from The Lords Club, as my experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing.
Take your business elsewhere if you value responsive customer service and want to avoid the headache of dealing with unresolved issues. I certainly won't be making any future purchases from The Lords Club.

Currently waiting for confirmation my order has been dispatched. Placed the order 5 days ago, no dispatch confirmation and no replies to my online chat or website contact form. What is happening with my order?

Order #4356 ordered the qaurter zip on it's release, was told I was the first order. Amazing, a week go's by haven't heard anything, so I chase, told they will try and dispatch that week. Another week whilst chasing still nothing, anither message saying this week all orders out. It takes 3 weeks and numerous emails before I get a message saying they have cancelled my order and refunded me and told to "re order it" if I want it. The reason being they still can't provide a date when they will deliver !!
Constant lies of "all caught up on orders this week" and "we will dispatch everything this week"
Terrible customer service, being told they "over sold" the launch is completely their issue and should not effect the customer. Rude customer service with threats of "restricting my account" if the messages continue (yes I chased alot as anyone would after 3 weeks and no dispatch confirmation) All I asked for was an apology, an update and a realistic time frame for recieving the item, which after 3 weeks you would hope to receive.
Do not order from this company. Bad customer service throughout. Do not recommend.

Similar to a other reviewers, the customer support is shocking. I ordered two of the Marina Loafers and a mystery box.
I am yet to receive the marina loafers which were ordered on the 16th September and the support team has ignored my request for an update on the delivery date. They have also have ignored my request for a refund. I am now on my 3rd time asking so fingers crossed I eventually get it.
As for the the mystery box, this arrived after I contacted them, I ordered a size 9 (the same size as all of my shoes) which I could not even get my feet fully in. According to their support for them a size 9 doesn't mean a size 9 and their shoe sizing can vary. This also means that you are unable return for a refund but can pay to have it posted back to them and have it exchanged for another shoe that potentially doesn't fit.
For obvious reasons I would recommend staying away, the quality seemed good from the shoe that was delivered but you will have a terrible experience if there are any issues.

Ordered two pairs of loafers and was told they would arrive within 14 days. The first pair came within 2 days and the second pair came bang on 14 days. Very pleased with the quality, would definitely order again

They scammed me, ordered two pairs and never received them. Customer support is lying non stop and the owner should be criminally charged for fraud.

Stay away from this Kid hes a fraud
i purchased boots from Lords, 14 days later when i still had not received confirmation that these had been sent i emailed asking to cancel the order. after back and forth emails they finally decided to offer me a full refund and told me it would be processed and i should expect the funds within 14 days, after another 3 emails where ignored when asking if they had processed this refund, i then get a notification saying the shoes had been shipped, this being 6 weeks since i placed the order and 1 week after Lords agreed to refund me. I then opened a dispute with Amex to get my money back because they clearly lied about processing a refund and still decided to send me the shoes. now the Director is saying hes unable to refund me because they have been sent. he also has told me that because i opened a dispute he now wont communicate with me. this company is a fraud. DO NOT USE THEM!

Don’t even think of using this company if your money has any value to you. I ordered a pair of shoes last August (2021) and do not have the shoes or my money refunded as promised. A scam, so I have lost £81 and should have looked on Trustpilot first!

I bought 2 pairs of shoes, they took months. And then they said that the wrong colour had been sent. I agreed to swap for a different colour they had in stock. Well one pair fit and the other didn’t. I take a size 10-10.5, I ordered 11 and they were still too small. Returned them and weeks later still waiting for a refund. The quality of the pair I do have is average at best. I guess the saying is true, you get what you pay for! Joe the owner needs to man up and take responsibility. Order no 2985.
