The car needed some fairly minor repairs which were not mentioned in the description, 40 year old car so not a surprise. Very pleased with it overall.

Put a bid in on a car which did not reach reserve, rang me to ask if I would up my bid.

The photographs and vehicle details was a great presentation. The bidding was well organised along with the deposit/final payment requirements required in order to complete the deal. What a deal it was too!
Very pleased with the assistance from the greeter to tax the vehicle just a 2 minute walk away from the site and the journey home. Went like a train ;-)

Having successfully and painlessly sold my Caterham through The Market a few years back, I returned to The Market when putting my Porsche Cayman S up for sale this year. Another successful sale, hardly surprising when I saw the quality of the photographs and write up they produced and their service in all matters was exceptional, can’t recommend them highly enough!

On picking up car all a bit rushed and would have appreciated more time and support. Photographer of a car soon to be auctioned was helpful after receiving car when having probs with trailer.

Awful description full of falsehoods and evasiveness

I enjoyed the variety and quality of your vehicles. However, you have no information as to the viability of the engine or for that matter, any of the moving parts. This is critical for a serious buyer.

The detail and variety of pictures on the lots for auction create confidence in the quality of the vehicles for sale. The process was easy as were the communications with the auction house and the seller. The car I bought lived up to its description so I am well pleased

I bid on a car recently and continued to bid almost to the end before withdrawing. My bids appeared on the screen immediately, as did others. When the winning bid was announced, it was less than my final bid?? I asked Bonham’s to investigate but I had no reply. I won’t be using Bonham’s again.

Bonham's produced a great set of pictures of my vehicle. I'm sure this maximised the value for which I am very happy with. The follow up emails to me the seller and to the buyer were not done. Sorted in the end, otherwise it would have been 5 stars.

Bought and sold a car using The Market and the service was excellent for both transactions. I totally recommend the concierge selling service, the photography and wording was fantastic and definitely helped to encourage bidding.
