If your base is a non-standard size this is perhaps where the difference lies. Outstanding Customer Service. I went with this company based on them being the cheapest I could find online for the same brand bed and very reasonable priced own branded mattresses, within an hour or so of placing my order on a bank holiday i got a call from Sean who was very open and honest regarding my purchase, helped me make some decisions as the one I ordered was available, he sent over some pictures via text and all agreed with my order arriving 5 days later. Couldn’t recommend them enough. Future orders will be placed with them. Thank You
