This is the 3rd bed and mattress we have bought from Mattress world. Service is always brilliant and communication of delivery excellent. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Good quality mattresses & great customer service. Ordered Tuesday evening arrived Thursday morning. Even had a call Thursday evening to make sure everything was okay. Will definitely use again.

The delivery men put the mattress upside down on the bed ,took a photo job done .the next day mattress world rang me to say it was wrong way up on the photo.great customer Service.

Excellent service from order through to delivery.
We have bought a few things from them and quality has been fine thus we have always recommended The Mattress World to friends and family.
My sister bought a bedhead from them this month and after delivery she noticed one or two issues that I consequently emailed Sean (the boss) about. He responded immediately, went out to view and immediately replaced it for her. Couldn't ask for better service! Many thanks to Sean in particular.

story time:

I had a problem With mine, I felt a smalll spring towards the end of it and emailed the company. I received several emails a text and a call from the boss who was concerned as it hasn’t happened before, to which I was naturally super sceptical ! He asked for photos and said he would do what he can to make it right either by discounting and offering to help fix it or replacing it!

I sent videos and a pic and he called me back stating that I was lying on the wrong side lol. I laughed but then wondered again if that was really the truth! Of course when I flipped it- I saw all the logos and the soft layer on top and realised he was completely telling the truth and I was a moron. It was a non flip mattress and I’d some how slept on it for a month on the wrong side causing a small bulge at the end ! It’s even comfier then before now !

So if you’re looking for a comfy mattress, yes I recommend it and the boss is the nicest most patient guy who clearly knows what he’s on about! Ty and sorry again for the chaos of this morning !

Came to look for a bed on Saturday as originally I was going to buy from Dreams however we were quoted £2400 for similar bed and mattress. Having been recommended by my manager to have a look. Me and my partner decided to go and get a quote. We saved £800 and even got it delivered with 4 days and fitted together for us on the day and even my bed and mattress was taken away for £20. Which was soo helpful for us! Amazing quality and service way better than going to a big manufacturer like dreams, benson for beds as all they want is your money at places like this. Whereas Sean was very helpful and listened to what we needed and showed us various different types and let us try them out for ourselves before we bought and never pressured us into buying anything. But we loved the bed and our bed is so sturdy and comfy now me and partner don’t want to get out of it!

Honestly…..I hardly ever give reviews, but the customer service and delivery I received is what you wish you could get from all businesses. I called and explained Mattress world I need a mattress the next day, as my wife was returning from holiday, they explained they can only deliver within 2 days, but would see what they can do. The following morning I revived my mattress and then a call to as if I had received the mattress. Perfect Service.
