Customer Service is diabolical do not engage with them

I have engaged with this company on two occasions. One of the installations was excellent and cost upwards of £5k. The second one again upwards of £5k was not acceptable as we were initially "fobbed off" with flooring which were different shades of grey. I say fobbed off as it was blatantly obvious they were different shades. From this point onwards the service went downhill. Yes they agreed to replacing the flooring but the customer service just fell apart. It took weeks of emails to get it corrected. Once they had received the money they did not return any emails even when I confirmed I was making a formal complaint about their lacking customer service and requested a refund. Bits are falling off and the latch still does not fit correctly.
Because time has expired they refused to give me a warranty from the period the decking was replaced. Once they have your money they just do not want to discuss anything. I understand things do not go to plan sometimes but their aftersales are appalling, they just do not care. I cannot be more fair than I have been, but I dislike being ignored and have given notice of a formal complaint going to the Ombudsman and they have not even replied to that email. I do not recommend this company to anyone. Spend your money elsewhere.

No after-sales service; warranties mean nothing

I have been reaching out to the franchisee (?) PGM Caravan Services via email since January regarding the lack of service and response; the Mayfield Group has been copied in since February. I'm appalled by their lack of after sales service and non-acceptance of warranties which have the Mayfield name on them. To date I consider that I have made reasonable requests to have our issues resolved. Both the Mayfield Group site and the PGM site(s) on F/B are all about self-congratulation and have NO regard for their customer base at all - my post doesn't even appear on either F/B site! Have never experienced such non regard for customers in my life

Not Suported nor constructed properly!

I paid Butlin’s Skegness for a 24ft x 8ft upvc decking and this company fitted it but was later told Mayfield’s got one of their group Businesses to fit it?
Mayfield sticker and warranty number was stuck to the decking.
Mayfield Group Company was Luxury Sundecks but has been recovered by the crown and no longer exists!
I am not surprised they have gone under because they did not have a clue about health and safety when it comes to proper support! Defiantly a rogue trader but Mayfield has not taken no responsibility for it or corrected there mistakes as they obviously appointed them to do the work in the first place been part of their group?

I am also sure Butlin’s Skegness contacted Mayfield Group back in 2018 but legally under the consumer act Butlin’s are Responsible but is that the reason I got a shoddy job off Mayfields company because they can get away with it and responsibility?

I have numerous pictures and phone clips that I will be posting around the internet to get some form of satisfaction and redress as Mayfield’s decking cost me a lot of money because Bourne Leisure Ltd would not resolve the issues with it and I was forced to leave Butlin’s to escape the terrible customer service at a cost of £6,500

Reason I am posting this now is because I have just ceased court proceedings due to high costs trying to get Butlin’s to pay for Mayfields terrible construction of my decking plus other issues.
If Butlin’s, Bourne leisure have not contacted you at all about this matter? This is your opportunity to gain back some credibility and put things right?
