I have been looking for such a good theme on Wordpress for a long time. The support is also very good. I had a problem with the conversion to PHP 8 and although this was not due to the theme, the support helped me. The 5 stars are more than deserved.

Samir was extremely helpful and supportive. Always there for my issues, day and night it seemed. I've been using the theme accelerate pro for years and I still like it very much: A clear and timeless design.

Samir and his team really helped us out of a difficult situation we faced with our theme. It’s the first time I’ve received such excellent support, even though we were only using the free version. I say were, because after this flawless support there’s no way we won’t upgrade to the premium version. The theme we’re using is Cenote, one of the most beautiful themes for blogging!

I use the free ColorMag theme. It looks and works really well, so I can only imagine how much better the paid one is. I had an issue with some visuals, and although I am not paying anything, they were willing to assist and eventually resolve the issue. Well done to Samir and the team!

I like the Spacious theme. It is simple and offers great accessibility. Yet, no 2 websites made with this theme look identical unless you want them to do so.

The is a simple rule, don't sit there pulling your hair over a problem, raise a tick and ask, there support is great, just make it clear about the problem, and supply a screen capture, you will be asked to install a small piece of software, it free and safe, just remember they learn from what you ask, and you will probably find the mods in the next update.

After looking at quite a few themes for my personal blog I decided the Zakra theme is the best.
And if you need any help with the theme, Samir and the team offer great support.
Zakra is the easiest theme to work with and offers a lot of customisation even with the free version.

Themegrill Themes allowed me to deploy a Wordpress site very quickly, with all the modern features that I needed and fully customise the result. The support team replied and helped me develop great adjustments and fix parts that I struggled to get the way I wanted. I highly recommend them.

First-class 5-star support from Samir today! However, the quality of the support also depends on which employee you get in touch with - sometimes it takes several mails until the problem (which I document in writing and, if possible, in detail with screenshots) is understood at all, but even then it is eventually solved to your satisfaction. I find the changelog somewhat unsatisfactory, as it always lags a little behind (at least with the Accerlerate Pro theme) and often contains little concrete information (e.g. "Freemius SDK") that doesn't make it clear what will change for me as a user. However, after 10 years of using the theme, I am quite satisfied overall and honestly give it 4 stars.

The support took some time, but my problem was finally solved satisfactorily.

I contacted Themegrill via the chat function and received a reply soon after via email from Uzwal. We continued the troubleshooting issue on my website via chat. Even though it was not a Theme-specific problem, he assisted to scan my site to figure out and suggest what I could do to solve my problem. He remained in contact with me via chat over the next couple of days. I am very thankful for his service that helped me resolved an issue that my hosting provider has shown no urgency to help with and when they eventually got in touch with me, was not of much help. So luckily Uzwal was there to help. Thank you.
