Spacious is a beautiful theme, but I'm continually baffled by the messages I get when managing my Pro license. For other technical issues, tech support responds promptly, but it always takes several tries for them to understand what the problem is that I'm trying to describe. I have to get past their standard answers of "flush your cache" and "keep your plugins up to date."

I've been using Spacious/Spacious Pro for years now, have designed numerous websites with it. Never had any problems... until now. "Theme File Editor" disappeared from my Pro menu. I asked for help from ThemeGrill, and Priya came to my rescue. S/He made numerous suggestions to find it again, never giving up or getting impatient with me. We finally found the problem in a setting in Siteground Security Optimizer that was blocking the Theme Editor, and voila.... it appeared again. What I appreciated the most was that Priya didn't get impatient with me or give up. Great service!

The templates are great to use and the support is quick to resolve any issues if they arise. If you need a Wordpress theme I highly recommend ThemeGrill.

Themegrills pricing and product are great, but their service is exceptional. A recent update conflicted with my host's platform and an update was pushed out very quickly to resolve the issue.

I've been using Spacious Pro for 5 years now, and whenever there is the slightest issue with a new WP, PHP or plugin version, the support team is very prompt to look into it and to solve it. Just 2 days ago, I had a very unusual problem, and after identifying it, they solved it by releasing an update to the theme in order to prevent other users from encountering the same problem. That's the kind of support I like.

I had a problem with the Spacious theme and one Plugin. After a contact they replied they would look into the problem. And a day later they come up with a solution, a new version.

The company's User Registration Plugin is a great plugin that handles the entire registration process. Customer support is the best here; there is always someone (not a bot) to answer queries and give their best to address the issue.

I was more of a network and hardware guy rather than a programmer. ThemeGrill templates took the worry away that I wouldn't be able to have a nice looking site. And those DUH times I have, support always points me to the right configuration area that I overlooked. Keep up the great work!

I'm in progress of building website based on Masteriyo PRO. This LMS is a piece of really good work and support is great - responsive, fast and helpful.

When I started my website in 2021 I was a bit confused about which theme to choose. Then when I tried to install many themes on my website, I had no idea about it, naturally I don't have much computer knowledge, I only know basic six months computer course. So I was a bit confused about which theme to choose and I looked at many themes and I didn't know how to set it up, then when I installed Color Mag it was user friendly and it helped me to build my website.

I choosed the ColorNews Pro theme and had some trouble at the beginning with some CSS and a slider banner feature.
