Dreadful service. Took my money on 16 June when I placed the order and I have not received the goods, any explanation as to why not, and you cannot get through to them on their premium rate line. Tantamount to fraud to take money for goods they either don't have in stock or don't have any intention of shipping, but which is true will I ever know?

The first transaction (lapel microphone) was quick with good communication. The second transaction (PR speaker) is overdue with no communication despite a call to your service team.

Being an incredibly non tec minded sax player I came across The Mic Store on Google & have never looked back!! the Guys there are numero uno & one has an unforgettable name ( Shed!) but unfortunately at present he literally lives down the bottom of the garden due to the Company being fresh and comparatively new (3 years?) Never fear this outfit will bring tremendous success and wealth to its owners & he'll be able to move out into the main house soon enough.

They were extremely helpful & knowledgeable & my excellently priced Shure Beta arrived the next morning by UPS. The mic is superb and many have commented on my new sound. It's been like having a botox injection to my sound.
