Second time buying from the Mic Store and I will not shop anywhere else for audio related products. I have nothing to fault them on apart from the one day wait for them to get the product from the Audio Technica factory - why can't they just stock the products like any normal store?
Product was packaged well and arrived by a friendly currier - was as described.

I spoke to Matt at the Mic Store and he was excellent. He listened carefully and patiently to my requirements and then made some recommendations, clearly explaining his rationale. He went into a bit of technical detail but not too much - it was just enough to support the rationale for the choice of mic. The mic arrived within 2 days and I am very pleased with it so far. I would not hesitate to recommend the mic store.

Apart from not receiving my purchase, the information provided by customer service team was very good and the staff were friendly. I am in dire need of the Wireless Lapel Mic system and still await delivery.

I contacted the MicStore when I was looking for microphones for a PA system I was putting together as I need advice/ confirmation of my provisional choices. Matt was very friendly and well informed. This helped me to make the correct purchase. I later realised that I had clicked on the wrong radio button when placing the order online and inadvertently ordered a channel 70 radio mic rather than a channel 38 mic. A phone call soon corrected that. This was followed up by a confirmatory email. Thanks Guys.

Looking for a mic for my camcorder and came across TheMicStore web site. Found just what I was looking for and the price was the best I've seen. So ordered it straight away. Next day email arrived telling me my order had been dispatched, with tracking info and even what time the mic would be delivered which it was within the time slot.

I received great service from this shop. Good advice from a human being when I rung them and then the product was delivered within a couple of days with plenty of emails informing me of its progress. The website is really easy to use and shows a wealth of equipment with great pictures and product descriptions so it was easy to find the product that was just right for me, my budget and my needs. Placing my order was simple and I was thrilled that there was no charge for delivery on my item. The day after ordering I received a phone call from the store apologising that the item was out of stock and that they would be getting some more from Shure within 2 weeks and did I want an alternative. I wasn't in a particular hurry for the item so I was happy to wait for the stock to come in. I really appreciated the phone call and the fact that I was offered an alternative. Excellent customer service. And incidentally the item arrived well with 2 weeks and they sent me an email to let me know it was on its way.

The advice I received by phone before I made the decision to buy was very helpful. The speed of delivery to my remote Northumbrian home was impressive and the Trantec S4.4 radio lapel mic system has worked excellently on its first outing. Their delivery was as speedy as promised and a phone call to them at about 5pm on delivery day reassured me that they were indeed well-organised. Found this company online and ordered a radio microphone for our karaoke disco and was very pleased with the prompt service and quality of the product which was put to good use and well tested on New Years eve and New Years Day!

The other bonus with the particular model I ordered was that I received 2 microphones as part of the package at what i thought was a very reasonable price and I would definitely use The micstore again!

i had ordered a micraphone from Amazon and on the 21st December they said it couldn;t be delivered. Only the weekend before the 24th I called Micstore, not nly did they help me and give me advise (without selling me the most expensive) Shed (yes thats his name) was so helpgull and my mic arrived on the 24th December as promised. Fantastic
