Can’t be any better.
An order placed in late afternoon was ready for collection next morning, everything I asked for was available, the price of the paint and cement was better than I can find elsewhere, first class friendly service, I wish six stars were available, they deserve them.

Model Shop - great value and 5-star service
It was a real pleasure to use the model shop. They provided flexible and friendly customer service. This enabled me to order the exact toy I wanted for my Son’s birthday at a much better price than I had seen advertised elsewhere. I was even able to click and collect gifts that had been bought by family members. This type of customer care goes a long way in my view. I can’t wait to visit the shop with my Boy and explore more of what they have on offer once we are out of Lockdown.
