We bought this for our grandson for his birthday, we spoke to the shop manager and he gave great advice and was very helpful. The item was sent direct at no extra cost and arrived in plenty of time. Our Grandson is thrilled with this remote control car and he finds it easy to control and loves the stunts it can do.

I have been a customer for a long time now, I have always had good service from them. I hadn't realised that they had started an online service. I am really frustrated with the main suppliers online with outrageous delivery costs since this pandemic started. I am now able to collect from them after a simple phone call or email. This is a really good service.

Worked well except that an order for two of the same items , only one was part of the pick up.
He also rang me to make me aware that I had ordered one item in the wrong scale.
I said that the listing on the web site did not give the product code so it was a guess. He didnt realise that the product range on the web didnt have codes . He said he would have this rectified.
Otherwise good service, quick and could have collected within minutes of the order.

Great service and assistance from The Model Shop. One of the few places that could supply the item that I had been looking for (a Graham Farish class 150 Sprinter) at a good price too. The initial shipment was missing one item for which they were very apologetic and shipped immediately - from order to supply of the entire order was still under a week. In my opinion, good service is both providing the items needed but also rectifying any issues with great speed and service and without quibble. Overall very happy and I will be buying from The Model Shop again. Five stars
