Unreasonable Reservation Cancellation Policy
My flight to London was cancelled and The Montcalm insisted on charging me for a missed night even though I had called as soon as I learned my flight was cancelled.
The hotel is a labyrinth of hallways and it takes serious effort to navigate from your room to an entrance/exit.
