The Mortgage Mill Ltd Reviews 

The mortgage mill claimed they could get a mortgage and insisted on money up front. However it turned out that the offer wasn't available and subsequent offers they found were very uncompetitive. Despite paying Mortgage Mill £695 for nothing i went elsewhere as the interest payments saved compensated for the loss of £695. I would avoid using them and only pay when they actually get the mortgage. They never offered to repay the £695 despite failing to find a suitable mortgage.

Friendly, clear, more than happy to explain the details

Jane has been helping us with our mortgage application and more importantly keeping the solicitors on track. As first time buyers we didn't really have a clue what we were doing. Jane took us through the process from start to finish and we couldn't recommend her and The Mortgage Mill more. 5 star service and 5 star people!

I couldn't recommend The Mortgage Mill Ltd highly enough. Dan, was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. As a first-time buyer, the whole process felt overwhelming at times, but Dan made everything clear, manageable, and stress-free.

I couldn’t recommend any where better than these guys. Joanne helped us get our mortgage to buy our home originally and has since built the team at the mortgage mill. They are all extremely personal and provide a quality service well braking down the complex and frankly mind bending world of finance into something any one can understand. There support across all our requirements has been second to none and we only recommend the mortgage mill to our friends and family. You will struggle to find a more out going team who work to provided you with the service that benefits you not the bank or lender. We managed to get a new fixed rate for far less than the bank could offer well releasing money from the home for our up coming wedding and home improvement's. If that wasn’t good enough they also got us new fixed rates on our utility’s saving us over a thousand pounds a month. Charlie who has been dealing with our insurance's managed to get us better coverage at a saving and was brilliant at every step of the way you know your dealing with people who actually care about what you want not just a blank face service. If you want 10/10 service with a truly personal service you have found the team for you.

Would recommend for any first time buyers. The team at Mortgage Mill were amazing in supporting us with the initial purchase and more recently, Jane has been very helpful with our renewal by providing us with options and regular rate updates.

Prompt service at the start of process, told I would have monthly reviews if Mortgage Rates changed but no review seems to have happened within 4 months. Sold the dream at the start of process that the Mortgage Advisor is there to support whenever needed in the whole house buying process as I am a first time buyer, told to whatsapp at any time have since had questions raised and tried calling, whatsapping and emailing and have been waiting for a response for over two weeks. Disappointing experience as came highly recommended.
