New to The Mortgage Partners on referral from my previous brokers, I couldn’t recommend them enough. The whole team are super welcoming creating a positive atmosphere on every appointment. Dan has been a great help with my recent mortgage renewal and I feel confident in seeking his advice in all other associated areas. Nothing felt like too much trouble and I felt well supported with ‘client best interests’ at core throughout. Have just completed a remortgage with Dan Cumming Advisor with The Mortgage Partners. It wasn't a straightforward remortgage with important decisions needing to be made. Due to both my wife and i being business owners, mortgages are never straight forward. Having just re-mortgaged with Hayley @ The Mortgage partners, they are able to take the majority of the stresses away and deal with it all under one house. Great working with friendly down to earth people who are just as happy when they get a great deal for their clients as the clients are receiving one.

We were recommended Dan at the mortgage partners to discuss the possibility of moving house and changing mortgage provider. Dan was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He provided all the information we needed to decide how we wished to proceed, and then did our mortgage application with us. Dan regularly kept in contact with our mortgage provider and solicitor, to make sure our house move progressed well, and kept us well informed too. He explained all the key points of our mortgage in terminology we understood, and made recommendations for life insurance cover too. Highly recommended.

We were buying out first home and having never done anything like this we contacted Dan at The Mortgage Partners who talked us through every step what was required and helped in every way possible. Our mortgage offer went in so smoothly we couldn't really believe it was happening. Dan contacted us urgently as soon as he got notification of the rate rises coming in at 8pm that evening and managed to get our application finalised which secured us a brilliant deal that saved us money on our fixed term. I’m a first time buyer and cannot recommend Hayley and the team highly enough. They made the process of getting my first mortgage so simple, they explained everything & followed up with calls and emails & really listened to what I wanted and needed to find me a great deal. The response time to queries was so quick as well which was amazing and they have a great relationship with the local estate agents and solicitors which has made the whole process stress free.

Would highly recommend, we used Dan to help us with finding the best Mortgage deal, from day 1 he went above and beyond to help us, even working out of hours to keep us on track as we had a quick completion deadline. he gave us regular updates on progress and any issues he would look to resolve it asap.
