Great expirience, the music box was exactly what I was looking for. I asked them to make the jurassic park box black instead of the cream colour and it was absolutely perfect. I took a chance and paid for the extras and it was a chance I'll happily take again. My partner cried withk joy, that was my goal 😊

We bought a box for $450 canadian to record a custom vocal version of a popular song. The one that got delivered just took the background music and converted it to chimes and bells, obviously without any of the vocals which was the whole point of customizing it.

It took almost a month to arrive as well. It gets 2 stars because the support is active.

I am one of the few lucky people that meet their soulmate. I was lucky enough to hear her make the comment, “Ya know, I’ve always wanted a music box. Ever since I was a little girl.” I found this company and they worked with me personally to ensure that the box would make it in by Christmas, which at the time was 15 days. My soulmate is notorious for being able to hold back tears. I gloated that I had a gift that would bring her to tears. She told me to not be disappointed when she didn’t.
After she opened the box and the song finished playing, she looked at me with tears rolling down her cheek and said, “You got me, babe.”

Great communication, queries dealt with quickly. Love the Music Box which was a gift for my wife. The song I requested was beautifully converted and was greatly appreciated. I would strongly recommend this as an unusual, yet personal and loving gift for anyone close to you.

I ordered the Howl's Moving Castle version of the hand crank music box. The quality and the look of the music box was fantastic and it sounded amazing. Worth the purchase.

I ordered both the Sailor Moon and Tarzan "you'll be in my heart" music boxes. They arrived pretty quickly. I'm so happy with how both of them turned out. One is for my sister and the other for partner. They make such a precious and sentimental gift. Music for both sounds amazing and the boxes themselves are so adorable.

Quality is excellent, the sound (I bought the Jurassic Park version) is 100% accurate. There are other music boxes, online, that cost half the price, but if you want something really better this is the one to buy.

I ordered the Legend of Zelda music box for my sons birthday. The packaging and quality of the music box is terrific.

I bought this music box just to remind my wife how much I love her. From start to finish, process was easy. The staff was both patient as well as accommodating as I had a couple changes before I was ready to purchase. My wife was absolutely pleased with the box!
Price and shipping was reasonable and I would definitely buy from again!

I ordered a music box for my husband for our two year anniversary! I was able to get the song ‘Can’t Help Falling in Love’ by Elvis Presley in the music box I ordered which was the song I walked down the aisle to! When we opened our music box together and played the song it brought back so many memories from our most perfect day. It is truly the most beautiful gift. My husband also loved how I customised the front to have our names and date engraved. It is a great little keepsake to have.
