Incredible! I had been searching for the right music box solution for almost a year. The problems I had run into included the price, communication, lack of product, inability to create my arrangement. I had all of those things taken care of for me here. Nate was my guy! I spent months emailing him back and forth on what I wanted, and he stuck with me, AND he had an amazing attitude the whole time! He helped me create an amazing music box that I hope will be cherished forever by the love of my life! I couldn't be more thrilled with my product!

Honestly, this brought tears to my eyes, the song holds a very special meaning for me which they captured beautifully and artisan of the actual box and intricate carvings are just amazing. If anyone is deliberating on get it go for it!

Wow! These little gems are amazing and the music is perfect. Also delivery was a lot quicker than expected. Thank you to The Music Box Store, they will be a great addition for Christmas.

It looks and sounds amazing. A little bit squeaky sometimes but for me it adds to the charm. It is really an awesome music box. I love the sound and hope that my boyfriend will love it just as much.

Brilliant service and patience from the staff, I've ordered three music box's from here with two engravings they were in contact by no later than the following working day, and even sorted a mixup on the engraving on one of my boxes (I forgot to specify which one, and to check my emails) and shipped the next day!

Ordered a music box and was a bit worried as it was taking a while for it to arrive and the notifications I was getting were saying it was coming from China but the store seems to be in America. End all the product arrived after a month or so and I'm happy with it. Looks good and it's going to make a great gift

Don’t waste your time or money, can’t really comment on the quality of their items as mine never turned up. All they would offer me is a 20% refund as I couldn’t prove I never received the item! Scam scam scam!!!
