I ordered the Music Box with the Jurassic Park Theme. The wooden box is of good quality and the melody played is accurate. It brought back nostalgic childhood memories and it also makes a great gift for fans.

Found this company a few years ago at a gaming convention. Have bought products from them a few times and always been great quality.

I loved my experience with this company. They were extremely responsive. They listened to all the customizations that I wanted to make and did an awesome job of bringing it to life. The products too look just as beautiful as advertised on their page.
Would definitely recommend for someone looking for that unique gift.

This is a small business, producing exclusive unusual products, in their hand–crafted beautifully made wooden music boxes - I love them and own five now, all playing different little tunes, which I frequently wind up when I wake up in the morning. They sit attractively on the windowsill in my bedroom. So If you are looking for something a little different to either treat yourself, or as a lovely gift for Someone special then browsing through the lovely music boxes that this company makes, is definitely well worth a look, you won't be disappointed.

An absolutely magical gift that left my girlfriend speechless and emotional. I added an inscription and a ‘photo’ which made the music box so special .

First I have to say the customer service is phenomenal. I had previously left 4 stars instead of 5 on their website because the volume of my box was really loud, and soon after leaving the review their service rep Joanna emailed me and attached a video showing how to adjust the volume of the box. It was extremely helpful!! I ordered a box with a custom song and I requested for them to send me a video of it before shipping it out just to make sure it was exactly what I was expecting. They sent the video and it was perfect, and the service representatives were very kind. The shipping did take a while but it was during peak Christmas season, so that was expected, and still the representatives did what they could to make sure it arrived at the expected time and it did. The box itself is so cute and the song sounds beautiful. I got it as a gift for my boyfriend and he loved it so much too! Even the packaging it came in is nice. My experience with this store was really great & I love the music box I received :)

Honestly, don't bother. I ordered two boxes as presents but I'm too disappointed by how cheap they look. You can get the same quality from a £10 Amazon listing. To be fair, the quality is as much as you can expect from something produced & sent out from China (also makes for a ridiculously long wait for the delivery to arrive). Both my boxes had a faulty print as well, which thankfully meant that I could get my money back: after MUCH back and forth with the customer service, I insisted on my consumer right to have a clearly faulty product refunded. They tried everything from offering to replace the product instead (nope! never gonna order another product from them) to giving me 70% of my money back but in the end, they gave me my full refund.

Custom printed song is not accurate at all. Box broke within minutes and is not playing at all. The website does not show reviews left under 4 stars it seems, they are lying to their customers. Took a month to ship to my house and at that point it is past the time for a return. Waste of $100

Plays the melody beautifully and at a very ideal volume. Easy to avoid overwinding and the box itself has nice detail without being tacky.

so disappointed . small, cheap, tacky looking, doesn't play properly . Contacted the company twice. Not even a reply. Don't waste your money.

Very disappointed. I purchased the 32 note bespoke box. It has Chinese branding all over it, nothing to indicate it was made by the Music Box anywhere. The gift box looks old and arrived damaged, so i was unable to use it. The picture is poorly printed and glued to the box, it can easily be peeled off - in order to try to salvage this I re-did this aspect myself. The engraving is jagged and rough, there is zero finesse to this piece. I paid for what I assumed would be a treasured gift to last many years - at best, the photo on the box as is will peel off by itself in the next few months. For the $500 price tag, it was very poorly done. Avoid.
