So beautiful and perfect!!! This is my 2nd order from Night Sky and I couldn’t recommend it more! Great quality and shipping was on time. My order was well packaged and they communicated well about when to expect delivery.

Arrived on time / early and was exactly what I was hoping it would be as it was a wedding present .

It was a beautiful Christmas gift for my boyfriend, he loved it and we both thought it was so special. Not too expensive either!

Delivery was very fast. The quality is amazing! I'd ordered a framed, foil print and it was beautiful!! Very well made with great attention to detail. I loved it!! It was a Christmas gift for my son and he absolutely loved it!!! He already knew exactly where he wanted to hang it before he even left my home.

We paid $75 premium shipping to get here in 3-5 business days and you're shipping from DHL is said to arrive 2 weeks later which is longer than the amount of time as standard shipping where we would have only paid $50. We did not get the premium shipping that we paid for to arrive here by today at the latest. December 23-December 30 is 5 business days. DHL is estimating Jan 9th. This is absolute bullshit and is criminal for false advertising and fraudulent business services and fraudulent charges. Your website even advertises free shipping until the Canadian address was used at the end.

Additionally, DHL is asking us to pay additional shipping charges for "duties, premiums and customs" of about $50 which does not make any sense. We already paid premium $75 for all shipping, handling to canada, to exact address. They know where it's going. $75 covers border. I have bought from the UK, USA, Africa before without having any extra charges for shipping when the packages are substantially heavier (~30+lbs). One package from Africa cost $40 mailing total for a 20 lb parcel, including border, customs, duty, courier. One package from France cost $30 mailing total for a 5 lb parcel, including courier, border, customs, duty. Packages from Norway and Finland cost $10 mailing total for 8 lb parcels, including courier, border, customs, duty. A package from England cost $45 mailing total for a 25 lb parcel, including courier, express, border, customs, duty, etc. 2 packages from China and India cost $15 mailing total for 10 lb parcels, including 2 borders, 3 customs, duty, couriers, etc. Paid shipping to the seller. Seller is responsible to use that $ to pay for all mailing expenses, including border. That's why international is more than local. This is a light package. It's a piece of paper. It does not cost $50 to bring it here. We already paid $75. Now you want $125? Canada border doesn't charge $125 to accept a poster. You simply didn't pay DHL fully, you didn't pay your courier fully.

It also doesn't make sense when you say that your company is USA-based and now tracking says it's coming from the UK. When we went through the payment portal it did not say that there would be extra charges. It did not say it was coming from the UK. It said it was coming from the USA. Websites like Etsy, thriftbooks, Amazon, Norse organics, Alibaba, Ebay do not charge these fees. I have ordered from the UK thriftbooks and Norse organics before and there were no customs, duties, shipping to receive the packages. Because all of those expenses are covered by the shipping I paid to the seller. The seller knew what the cost for international to Canada is. The total expense includes border. They used DHL as well. So DHL is not reason or excuse. The courier charges based on what the shipper (night sky) paid or did not pay. This means that The Night Sky company did not pay for all shipping costs, yet charged us $75. Now they want us to pay THEIR bill. So The Night Sky just steals $75 from people and advertises it as premium express? This is illegal.

I need a breakdown receipt with all the charges listed in a ledger to arrive at the total payment that I paid to your company. Which was $323. It included international courier to Canada + all mailing costs for premium express. Your company is not trustworthy and is fraudulently showing a lower amount of money to be charged to customers in order to drive sales which is misleading. If we knew it would have cost $125 for shipping, we would not have done this. That's a total of $373 you are now demanding, to get a piece of paper to arrive 2.5 weeks late, and to not get a service we paid for.

Your package is not arriving on time. Thus you failed to provide the service (premium express) we paid for. And now you are holding our PREPAID package that WE OWN aka our property hostage unless we pay $50 more to you (DHL). In other words, unless we pay YOUR BILL. $125 shipping is unbelievable. It is theft. You are robbing us. For a piece of paper. And it is not even coming on time. It was ordered December 23. January 7-9 is not acceptable for $125. That is 2.5 weeks / 18 days - not 3-5 days.

If you are going to deliver standard shipping, then charge us the $50 for international standard shipping. Not $75. Let alone $125.

Refund our shipping, Pay your bill to DHL, give us our prepaid property or I will report you to police, mastercard disputes legal team, CAFC, National fraud center, FCA, consumer protection agency, FTC, FBI IC3, US embassy.

You also have the profit $ to pay for real human staff and a phone # contact. Your email crap is ableist, avoidant, irresponsible, unaccountable.

This was my 4th Night Sky that I've purchased. The first three were to celebrate the birth of our grandchildren and the most recent was for our brand new great grandchild.
There parents were thrilled with such a special momento. The presentation is beautiful, the packaging & delivery perfect & the ordering & tracking of the order was easy.
I would highly recommend this company for a lovely gift to mark a special occasion.
