Absolutely beautiful print and quick postage
Absolutely beautiful print, the perfect ‘special’ gift. I had ordered a similar item from an alternative supplier and was so disappointed in the poor quality.
I reluctantly and hesitantly ordered a replacement from The Night Sky and although it was an additional big cost, I’m so glad I did. It is perfect.
Customer service was helpful with a query I had, and postage was very quick. I wouldn’t hesitate to order again, thank you.

Company has made awful changes, zero consistency

-My fiancé contacted when there was a problem with the order initially. An exchange was processed. We just opened the replacement, since it was a gift for a recent occasion. We will email that address, thank you.
-Yes, the third was ordered from your company (and the first 2) without a doubt. Your website’s current examples match the 3rd order exactly as I describe.

My fiancé has gotten 3 of these over the course of the last 5 years. The first one (our first kiss) was amazing. The second one (the day he proposed) was perfect. The third one (our wedding)…is completely different. Obviously he’s gotten these to have a nice set displayed together in our home, and at our wedding. The first 2 match beautifully. The 3rd not only has such significant changes that it looks like it could be from a different company, but the changes made are awful! The constellations are no longer prominent on the map, all you can see is the grid lines (which are also much closer together now, and 4 latitude lines became 12) and stars (dots) unless you’re inches away, like it’s more zoomed out or something instead of directly over the specified address?? They completely changed the font which is now half the size and cramped together, there are huge blank spaces between the top and bottom text because of how close together and small the font is, they removed the top text line so we couldn’t add our names and now just says “THE NIGHT SKY” where our names used to be, they changed the format of the date (from M D, Y as is typical in the US, to D M Y with no comma), the background is off-white where it was once pure white, there is no / between the longitude and latitude…like, what happened? Where is the consistency for returning customers, and who approved these changes that have made everything so much worse? I hate to complain because he put so much thought and love into this gift and creating such a meaningful set of 3 star maps, but this 3rd one is a huge disappointment to both of us in comparison to the first 2.

Product Received and Shipping Delivery were far beyond expectations
I've had trouble with overseas deliveries in the past - but the delivery time from The Night Sky was superlative! The necklace I ordered arrived I ordered it on the 19th and it arrived on the 27th - AMAZING. On top of that the necklace was beyond what I was hoping for - it truly is a beautiful piece of art and the inscription engraved on the back was letter-perfect. I highly recommend this company!

A five star experience
First and foremost, my wife loved the piece. It was no small task getting it to my remote location, but the friendly and helpful staff made all of the necessary arrangements and got it to me in a timely manner. Did I mention my wife loved it? All in all, a real five star experience.

Unique gift for in-laws.
This was a gift for my daughter's in-laws and they loved it and felt it was a very thoughtful unique gift. We selected our daughter's wedding date which was at her in-laws home in Idaho for the time which made it even more special.
