Terrible! Ordered my tree for delivery on 17 December. Never arrived and still hasn’t arrived. Like everyone else who has written a one star review I tried calling, but no answer. The voicemail box was full that you couldn’t leave a message and I was cut off. I’ve emailed twice but no response. I called again this morning and was able to leave a message this time, but so far no response. I’m now going to try and get my money back from the credit card company. I ordered a tree for the first time with them last year and there were no problems. I think this year something has gone very wrong for them, either they’ve been let down by their suppliers or their staff members or both, but they haven’t backed up their problems with appropriate customer service i.e. contact your customers, admit to your problems, apologise and provide the refund. I think this whole debacle will put them out of business; I for one will not order with them again as they can’t be trusted to do the right thing.

Another customer here who received the ‘your tree has been delivered’ email but no tree. Reported to the police and made a chargeback claim with our bank. Disgusting to scam people at this time of year especially when times are tough!

Disorganised Terrible Company
I cancelled my order within an hour of placing it after reading several negative reviews. I spoke with someone who confirmed the cancellation was absolutely fine and asked me to send through my bank details, which I did on 30 November.
Since then, I have not received a refund. I’m now unable to leave a voicemail as the inbox is full, and I’ve had no further communication. This situation is unacceptable and needs to be resolved immediately. I expect my refund as a matter of urgency.
No delivery and no response
I placed an order on 16 November. No delivery, no contact and no replies to my many emails. If you call them it goes through to a full voicemail that’s full so you can’t leave a message. I am reporting them to the police fraud website and my credit card company for a refund. They have ruined my family’s Christmas. Never order anything from them.

Don’t bother, branches cut off
Received tree on the day I asked with a stand . Stand brilliant but that’s it , we put the tree inside for one day and opened it the other day , what a horrible tree, £72 wasted, most of the branches been cut off , probably to make their wreaths what the selling did around £35, so they got over £100 for this tree, got hardly any branches at the bottom , and like I said every branch have been cut , so it should have been much fuller, I have written an email to customer service and my husband fine I e as well as he was disgusted with it, in 39 years we never had such a bad tree , wish I could my photos up shame on you

I am adding to the overwhelming poor reviews for The Nordmann.co.uk. I’d give them zero stars if that were possible. Like everyone else, I placed my order and payment duly made with confirmation received. I received an email on the morning of delivery with tracking information and a time slot. The time slot continued to change through out the day until I received a message to say delivery cancelled. I attempted to ring the company, but simply went to vm. I sent an email to request a response and an update, but nothing received. The following day I rang again and a recorded message directed me to a mobile number. I called the number, but couldn’t leave a message. I texted the number with a message but still no response. I’ve subsequently emailed and messaged to formally cancel my order and request a refund, but on the basis of all the poor reviews here, I’m not expecting that to happen, so will be following up with my bank.

I suppose this year, when I'm out carolling, I'll be amending the lyrics to "O Christmas tree" to be "O Christmas tree O Christmas tree you stand in splendid beauty, in my imagination because they never fulfilled my order"What a wonderful Christmas the owners at this company are undoubtedly having this year, with their sky high profits they're getting from scamming their customers, and their zero wages paid out, as evidenced by their barren phone lines and my emails being ignored.
When I ordered my Christmas tree back in November, they took my money with the same morality and eagerness of the Grinch stealing the presents of orphans on Christmas Eve. They omitted in their T's&C's, however, that I was ordering for Christmas 2032. I sure do hope the seeds of my tree have been planted by now!
I suppose the fault is my own, however. I foolishly thought that my calls and emails would be enough for me to speak to someone about updating me on my Christmas tree order, but alas, I would have more luck writing a wishlist to "Father Christmas, The North Pole."
Maybe this year I'll paint a picture of a tree on my living room wall, and stare at it to remind me never to order from them ever again, and urge yourself, dear reader, to do the same, unless you're a particularly forgiving individual, and a decent wall artist too.

Ordered a tree which arrived infested. We spent 2 days catching at least 100 flies and random creepy crawlies. They apologised and agreed to collect the tree and give us a refund. They collected the tree and proceeded to ignore us, never providing us with a discount. Numerous emails and WhatsApp messages later, we’ve still not heard from the manager or received a refund. Total scam.

I've just received my tree and it's great. It was delivered on the agreed date. However, you really need to improve your customer service. It's no surprise people think this might be a scam, I started to think the same. You don't answer emails (I'm still waiting for a response about the accidental duplicate transaction), and your phone line doesn’t seem to work either.
It also feels a bit suspicious that most positive reviews were written in autumn. Who orders Christmas trees that early?
Anyway, I'm happy I’ve received my tree. I'm hesitating between 3 and 4 star, because I’m still waiting for a refund for the duplicated transaction.

Terrible service
Ordered a tree for delivery on the 6th December. Was sent the tracking information. I was looking out of my window when the van pulled in in front of the driveway. The driver got out, looked in the back of the van, got back into the driver seat and drove off. I then got a notification saying that I wasn't home for the delivery. I have phoned and emailed to try and get this resolved but have had no response so I claimed the cost back through my credit card comapny.

I ordered a Xmas tree to be delivered on 2nd December and it wasn't delivered, and I wrote to their customer service requesting a refund and no refund confirmation email nor reply to my message, and no refund was made to my account to this day and on calling by phone, their office is always closed and their not contactable at all!!!! Don't ever buy anything from this company!!!!
Pretty happy despite delivery delay
Website easy to use and good availability of delivery dates even though I only ordered on 28 Nov. Delivery scheduled for 2 Dec. I didn’t get an email and the initial delivery was postponed “due to operational reasons” (they send a text update with time window on delivery morning and another if cancelled or successful ). Didn’t hear from them on 3 Dec so I called on 4 and the lady on the phone was very lovely and helpful. She apologised and booked a delivery for 5 Dec and it arrived only 15 mins after the anticipated window. Driver very pleasant and wished me a happy Christmas. I’d give the tree 8/10 as there’s a slight dip in the shape on one side. Excellent foliage and stand though. Think the company needs to book fewer deliveries per day and work on operational plan a bit. Sounded like only one person was in the office sorting issues.
