Joke of a company.
I can only assume it’s a scam.

Thankfully my credit card returned my money as soon as I raised my concern with the transaction.

Nobody responds to emails, nobody answers the phone, the voicemail box is full so you can’t leave a message. No tree, no refund just a shambolic excuse for an operation.

Do not engage with this guy.

If I gave him the benefit of the doubt I’d say he’s grossly inept at best. Likely a scam.

While I did eventually receive my Christmas tree, I had no communication from the company about possible delivery dates/ times. Their phoneline does not work (you get an answering message anytime you call that says they only take calls during business hours); and they do not respond to emails. When I received the tree, it was without warning, without a label, and was dumped outside my building.

Paid for a tree to be delivered today. No response from the company. No reply to calls or emails. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered and paid for a tree from them. Feel scammed. Rotten company.

Absolutely shambolic service. Ordered my tree on the 23rd, delivery expected on the 1st, no contact from the vendor. I have emailed them, no reply. I have called them and their voicemail is full. Absolutely fraudulent service. I have taken advice from citizens advice and I have reported them. I would urge everyone else to do the same. I should not have to chase them for goods I have paid for.

Clearly a scam. No tree was delivered and zero ability to contact them since.

Please avoid. My tree was never delivered. I tried over and over again to reach them to get an update on my order but the phones don't go through. I wish I had done my research first before ordering from them. Now I see from the other reviews that this is how the company operates. Their behaviour is so unfair, especially just before Christmas where families with children are looking forward to having a Christmas tree.

Like many others on here I have paid £130 for tree, delivery and installation and I haven’t received anything. My tree was meant to be delivered on Monday and I can’t get an answer on their number or get a reply via email.

I’ve had a terrible experience with this company and would strongly advise others to avoid ordering from them!

My Christmas tree never arrived, despite receiving delivery messages on the day. The times kept being pushed back into the evening and then nothing turned up at all. Since then, I’ve had no communication from the company whatsoever — no replies to emails, no returned calls, and their phone line isn’t being answered.

After checking Trustpilot, it’s clear that a lot of other customers are dealing with exactly the same issue. It doesn’t appear to be an isolated problem.

I’ve now had to start a chargeback through my card provider as I’ve received neither the product nor any response from the company.

Extremely disappointing experience — I would strongly recommend avoiding them at all costs!

If you want the size of tree you ordered and for it to be delivered on the date agreed or your email replied to or a phone answered the DO NOT use these frauds.

They should deliver their trees on horseback wearing Stetsons they are such cowboys.

Rudest delivery driver, started arguments with all building staff in site, including the construction workers, whilst on the phone to me. No communication from company. The office has ignored all my calls. The delivery driver ignored my calls after dumping my tree in the loading bay. Very unprofessional and made me feel very uncomfortable. I spent a long time on the phone him helping him get to me. I gave clear delivery instructions on where to deliver the tree the office prior to delivery, he didn't follow one of them. My 10ft Christmas tree ended up in my loading bay, so not delivered to me, driver didn't tell me where he put it, after spending 45 minute walking around trying to find the tree, driver now decided not to pick up the phone. Had to carry a 10ft Christmas tree on my own (5ft women with bad problems). After 24hrs, I have attempted to email and call the office and no answer.
I will be seeking a refund on the delivery, and canceling tree collection.

I first spoke with Daniel Ferrari, who was super helpful when I booked the tree - but since then - everything has been a nightmare.

The delivery didn’t show up on the day I chose, so I called the London office and they told me it would come three days later. Then on that new delivery day, I got a text notification saying delivery had failed again - even though I was literally sitting right by the front door waiting for delivery.

Since then, nothing. No delivery, no emails, and the phone line just says the office is closed. Calls feel like they’re being screened, and emails are completely ignored.

Overall, the whole experience has been really disappointing and feels very sketchy. I’d be very careful before ordering as I think Daniel Ferrari & team are scamming people. Ignore the good reviews - I am positive they are fake from other people at the 'company'.

THIS IS A SCAM - AVOID. I ordered a tree with them last week. The tree was due to arrive on the 25th but it never got delivered. I then received a notification that it has been delivered in the evening of the 26th. I was in and didn’t hear anything - no buzzer, phone call or anything. After calling them 3 times and sending a bunch of emails I haven’t heard a thing. I only wish I had read the reviews of others having had similar experiences before purchasing. Avoid like the plague.

Ordered the Christmas tree October 2025 to be delivered on 29th November 2025. No communication from The Nordmann end. I phoned numerous times to get no answer. Finally got through and was told there was a technical fault their end and I was assured my tree would be delivered Tuesday 2nd December 2025. Got a text message to say my tree will arrive between 9 - 9:30am today. Still no tree and no communication. Ended up cancelling the order and have requested a refund.

TOTAL SCAM!!! Placed an order for same day delivery. Received a notification it would be delivered the next day. Stayed home all day. Received a notification that there was a technical issue and it couldn’t be delivered. They don’t answer the phone, you can’t leave a message and they don’t respond to emails. Filed a fraud case with my credit card.

Ordered on 23 November 2025 for delivery following week. Nothing in sight, no response to emails and can't get through on the phone!!

AN ABSOLUTE SCAM. Paid in advance for a garland to be delivered on 28th November but it never arrived. Stayed in all day unnecessarily expecting it would come. No contact from the company to inform me as to why it didn’t arrive. I emailed asking where the delivery was - four working days later and still no reply. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

They did not send my tree on time and do not respond to emails.
