We had a great tree from The Nordmann last year, so ordered from them again this year - so far we have no tree.

My tree was ordered for 28/11, I got a text that morning saying it would be delivered between 16:15 and 18:15. When it was late I checked the tracking link and it was getting later and later - by 21:45 it said 21:45 to 22:15, several days later it still says that if I check the link.

Given it was 10pm, I emailed for an update. The next morning I called and spent an hour on hold, never got through and followed up my email. Today (Monday 1/12) I had still heard nothing- when I called several times today it now says the office is closed, and still no response to numerous emails.

As with several other customers, it looks like this is a scam - I’ve contacted my card company and will need to find a tree elsewhere!

No tree arrived and no response from customer services. I don't recommend this operation.

Agree this is a scam. Very suspicious behaviour, spoke to someone on the phone and they kept changing the reason for the tree not being delivered. They started threatening me and saying they were going to cancel my order as I had reported them to Amex. Deeply sad and upsetting during the festive period

They went to deliver the tree to a wrong location. Delivery failed obviously. They are unreachable to fix the issue so no tree. Avoid if you want a tree this christmas

Scam. Ordered a Christmas Tree, Stand and paid for Installation but only the tree arrived. No communication from the company, after numerous emails and phonecalls, no response. Complete scam. Avoid at all costs.

Paid in advance for a tree several weeks ago to be delivered on 29th November but it never arrived. Stayed in all day unnecessarily in the hope it would come. No contact from the company before the scheduled date to manage expectations of a delay, or afterwards to apologise and reschedule. Tried contacting by phone but there is no answer and the voicemail inbox is full. Called again today and they say the office is closed. Very disappointed.
Big contract from last year where I ordered from the same company without issue.

Ordered a tree from here which came on the day I chose. Was messaged that morning with an eta and link to track it. Tree is lovely an really pleased with it. Only gripe I have is that you only get a text message as confirmation. After reading some reviews I was apprehensive that the tree would arrive. Tried contacting them via several ways but no response whatsoever. At the end of it all the tree did arrive on time but the anxiety of not knowing if I was scammed or not is a little off putting as to whether I would order from them again.

Ordered a tree online for elected day delivery, tree not delivered and nil contact from the company. Tried to contact them via phone, text, what’s app, email, social media and nil response and nil answer on any platform.
Still no tree, still no communication from them. Mailboxes all now full so obviously other people have been caught out as well and also trying to contact these dead end communication methods!
Please avoid at all costs!

Ordered a tree for guaranteed delivery yesterday (28/11). Despite repeated attempts to call and email for an update, contact has been impossible. As of this morning the shipping update still shows as 'processing'

Their phone system has now been disconnected, and is forwarding to a voicemail inbox that is full.

Obviously this is a fraudulent operation that had no intention of delivering the products that we purchased. We will also be reporting this fraudulent transaction to the government watchdog.

I am extremely disappointed. I ordered my tree from the Nordmann last year and the service, the delivery, as well as the tree were excellent. This year it's been an utter disaster. The tree was supposed to arrive on Wednesday; the delivery kept getting delayed, up until the point that the tree was never delivered. We could not find a phone to reach someone, I emailed the company and no one got back to me. In the end, the day after, we reached someone by phone who confirmed the tree would be delivered today. That person on the phone was arrogant and should definitely not work in customers service. The tree was indeed delivered, but the delivery was about 5h delayed. The tree isn't as nice as the one we got last year although we ordered the exact same thing. I will not be buying a tree from the Nordmann ever again.

Absolutely excellent service!! Three was delivered on the required day. The team was working late till after 10pm hours!! The tree is gorgeous, creating cozy christmasy atmosphere. Definitely 💯 recommended! Thank you 🙏🏼

Scammers. Avoid. You won’t get your tree and you won’t be able to contact them at all

Booked delivery for Monday. It’s Wednesday night and no Christmas three. Spent 20 min on a line with CS, was assured the delivery will be today…obviously that didn’t happen. don’t waste your time. They are not worth it!
Last year I’ve ordered from different company, and there was no delays at all. Should’ve order from them this year too. Good lesson.

Completely unreliable.
Ordered a tree from this company. Delivery failed two days in a row after ordering a month in advance l, no contact from them, no response to emails and didn’t answer their phones. Their phone lines don’t get answered. I wouldn’t order from them again.

I called customer service prior to ordering, they were very helpful to guide me through a special order.
The tree I purchased was a 6ft tree including diy decorations. The delivery was mixed up, but upon calling customer service they arranged everything super quick to rectify it all. The tree was just 2hrs later. It was brought in great conditions and looked spectacular. I was contacted back to have a follow up.
It wasn’t just a purchase but a whole great customer service, like no other place.

Company went above and beyond to deliver my Christmas tree on time. Thank you
