I’ve made my order nice and early! Great prices and the trees are fantastic and smell amazing every year!

Yes last year my tree was delivered slightly later than what I was told through the tracking ETA (circuit) which is frustrating however understanding traffic caused delays and them being extremely busy I understand fully.

I will be ordering with them every year like always. Great team polite and helpful I look forward to receiving my Christmas tree on the 1st December 2025 🌲

After my less than glowing review of this vendor, he tries to have my review removed, which of course didn't happen. Obviously doesn't like the bad press. Given this outfit seems so bad , given all the poor reviews and my own experience, I would definitely recommend using PAYPAL as a protection..

Good points: 1. Really great early bird deal - I ordered this year's tree last year and got my tree + a small tree in a pot + a stand at a really good price. And it did actually materialise on the day I'd booked.
2. The tree I got was a really nice shape and in good condition.
Bad points: 1. They sent me a tree that was 5'11" but I ordered a 6-7ft tree - I didn't measure until after the courier had left but it looked small to me so I did ask him but he insisted it was the correct size and left.
2. The courier nearly didn't deliver the stand - he wouldn't have if I hadn't queried it.
3. The stand I got didn't look like the one on the website - it's got plastic screws rather than metal ones, which aren't likely to be as robust so I think that's mis-selling.
4. Most annoyingly when I emailed to complain about the tree size and sent a follow up email a week later I received no response. I think this is probably a good company with good trees, just not on top of details; I would have been writing a positive review if I'd received an acknowledgement of my issues and goodwill gesture. Hence I'm writing a review here.

Do NOT order from this company. They delivered a completely damaged rotten tree and continue to ignore several emails and calls about it!!

Our tree was due today. I rang the company and although I have a receipt via email they are suddenly saying they aren't delivering to my area. They say they have given a refund but it has not appeared in our bank. They then said ah well it takes at least 2 weeks so you wouldn't have known and how strange it was that I hadn't received an email either. I will be reporting this company. I fear the whole set up may be bogus. BEWARE!!!

I had a good experience with this company. Firstly I was able to select a delivery date online with a choice of trees and heights. Secondly, the price was competitive. Thirdly, the pleasant chap who delivered to me in London, brought it into the lounge and plonked it into the base I had whilst I secured it. Fourthly, it looks great. We were last in the day, so it didn't arrive til 8pm, but it was worth the wait!

As a further update following my tree and stand never being delivered last year and not being refunded. I see Nordmann responded to my post and for me to get back in touch. Well it’s come as no surprise that I did this and as per all my chases last year no response. If it wasn’t so complicated going to trading standards I would have done as they are a scam!

I never got my tree or refund despite countless messages and calls to the company. In the end my bank returned the money to me. My son was in tears and I had to spend more money on a tree from the local greengrocer.

Excellent service, great tree and wreath. The garland was out of this world!

Overall very happy with my tree and customer service i received. Slight delay with my order but i was kept informed at all times.

I can only agree with Corina, they finally wrote a response after no tree and no refund last year, I contacted them again and you guessed it they never came back. An absolute scam of a company, that lie through their teeth. My very strong advise is to avoid at all costs. Clearly the positive reviews are not real.

I have ordered from this company for two year now, 2022 was amazing quality, good service and delivery was on time. Unfortunately 2023 was a slight delay in receiving my order on time however they kept me up to date and was honest with me that they were experiencing some delays. My tree arrived 4 days late but the quality was amazing again and the service was great.
