Trustpilot has seen right through them…

Trustpilot has seen right through them luckily! The christmas tree rip off season is starting, so this company is trying to get rid of all the bad reviews in order to scam some more this year. My review from last year (amongst so many others as you can see) have been reported as abuse, when they are just the true representation of how these scammers operate! That clearly back fired! Thank you Trustpilot.
Once again stay away from this company!! Tree over £100 ordered and never delivered, nor a refund processed.

I can’t answer to your reply, we have called many times, emailed and been promised a refund. This has never happened. If you wanna put this right, you have my name, you can find it in your system. The refund can be processed to the same account it was paid from. Easy! I see it when I believe it. Until then. you are scammers!

Excellent service

Excellent service, excellent Christmas tree and on time delivery. Received a text message on the morning of my date with a time slot and the tree arrived within the time frame given. Delivered by a happy driver too!

Really nice tree this year

Really nice tree this year, slight delay but overall this is the best Christmas tree I have had! Also bought a garland and the craftsmanship was unreal. Thanks team!!!!

Avoid avoid avoid

Avoid avoid avoid! They removed all the negative feedback from last year. They were meant to deliver a 10ft tree, sent an 8ft very thin poor quality. I personally took it back and when they had nothing of suitable size they said they would refund - countless emails and text messages later, nothing. Honestly avoid like the plague!! PS I’ll be coming down this year for the refund on your busiest Saturday

Update: Sent a follow up email as suggested below. Ignored multiple attempts again to rectify last years nightmare

Be very careful of this company

Be very careful of this company, they have removed all of their feedback from last year as the reviews were REALLY REALLY bad. Wrote a feedback last year also on google, but they have cleared all their feedbacks after all the 1* they received.

Last year ordered tree that never arrived on time, no tracking (even though they say so in their marketing email/web page), had to message/call them several times to get a refund.

Initially ordered a tree for specific delivery date - never received it on time. Followed up and received a response that “surely it has been delivered”.
After chasing again, they said “actually we have few days back log and it should be with you some time soon”.
I needed tree for a specific date so had to go elsewhere and get an alternative.
Asked for a refund and had all of my emails/messages ignored. Received only once a reply that refund had been done, but never received the funds. It took me almost 1 month and numerous emails & messages to get back the money £107 back.
I asked for company details in order to make a complaint to ombudsman about their customer service, not meeting the promise that they do on webpage and not refunding - instead of details I received threats.

Save your Christmas, go elsewhere!!

Very happy with my Christmas tree and stand. Good quality and overall really good service. Delivery slot came through via text message on the morning I stated and arrived within the time slot. Great trust worthy company. Thanks

I received an amazing Christmas tree…

I received an amazing Christmas tree from the nordmann, it was delivered on time and it is the best tree I have ever had. These guys know what they are doing, cheapest online and somehow amazing premium quality with free delivery. Definitely using again next year! Thanks guys!!!

Definitely a scam

Definitely a scam. Did not deliver on the agreed date. "Dan" promised to refund via whatsapp for literally 2 months and never did. But I managed to claim my money back through my bank. Be sure to speak to your bank as I'm sure if he gets enough complaints, they'll ban him (hopefully).

Shocking service - AVOID

Shocking service from The Nordmann. Ordered and paid for a Christmas tree, tree stand and collection. Luckily we got our tree but no stand (was promised a refund for this - still waiting). The tree is also still sitting in our garden after they have failed to collect it. We have tried to make contact with them numerous times but they seem to be ignoring us now. We definitely won't be using them again and I recommend you do the same to avoid disappointment.

If I could give no stars I would

If I could give no stars I would. There is no customer service. I am still awaiting delivery of my two Christmas trees and am now raising a transaction dispute with my bank to get my money back. Neither of the two email addresses responds although I have received read receipts. The only contact was a mobile phone . The voice mail was permanently full and at no time was I able to speak to a person ( Dan). A few texts were answered over a period of 2 weeks and delivery was promised more than once and or a refund offered. However nothing was ever followed through. On one occasion I was told the trees were on the van for delivery that day and Dan would check the order. That was the last I heard. Unbelievably I received an email from one of the email addresses after xmas offering me a discount on Christmas trees for next year. I think the Nordmann has previously traded under another name however I truly regret not reading the reviews before ordering. I am contacting Citizens advice to see if I can alert trading standards. My grandkids did not receive their trees. No one should have to go through this experience.

I wish I had read up on the reviews before ordering. The Nordnmann are shockingly awful as they part of my order was missing and never received. I emailed and called on numerous occasions and finally got a text from Dan promising a refund which I never received. These guys are an absolute joke so don’t waste your time, money and energy on buying anything from them. AVOID!!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would

If I could give 0 stars I would. I emailed multiple times prior to delivery day to check when will my tree be delivered as I haven’t heard anything. No reply. Called multiple times and texted. No reply. Finally someone answered and confirmed delivery. The tree itself was shedding like mad from day of delivery. It’s meant to be a Nordmann that doesn’t shed as much but just a gentle tap and leaves are all over the floor. I paid for collection and I’m going through the same stress all over again. I’ve been emailing and texting to confirm collection date. Again, nothing. I suggest you don’t waste your time and money on this. The stress it causes you is not worth it.
