I’d be interested to know if anyone got a refund, suspect they didn’t and had their money stolen like ourselves. It looks like they set up under different name this year, so be wary next year if you try and buy local

Stated they attempted delivery, but there is no evidence of that on CCTV. Tracking does not provide any redelivery options, phone is being left out without being picked up, voicemail is full, no reply to emails or text messages. So same story as most of the people here.
I am glad I paid with PayPal so I could file dispute and get my money back.

Terrible rip off company, ordered Christmas tree over 3 weeks early and tried to deliver without stand as clearly advertised . Refused the tree delivery as Not what was ordered. No answer from telephone goes to mailbox and says full, do not reply to email so left with no tree for Christmas. Totally unacceptable scammers DO NOT order from them.

Charlatans. They took the payment of £68, didn't deliver the tree, left me waiting all day for nothing, then tried to tell me my 'door number wasn't available' despite it clearly marked on their invoice and then refused to pick up calls or emails. Complete rip off artists.

Just to reiterate what all the other reviews are saying, do not order from this company. They may be trying to do their best, but feels like a one man band with a mobile number and gmail account, so when the order goes bad there's no way to contact them. I've sent emails, and left messages before the voicemail inbox was full, and no response. There was no confirmation on the day of the delivery (24th), no texts, emails nothing. After calling and sending messages, I was hopeful I'd be contacted the next day saying my tree was on the way. Radio silence on that day too and haven't heard anything since. Raised a dispute via PayPal as couldn't get hold of the company to cancel directly and had to buy a tree elsewhere.

Ordered a Tree for delivery 8th December - got the txt confirming delivery window then nothing. Phone number on delivery site doesn't answer and his mailbox is full (i wonder why..). Txted the guy , he kept promising delivery. The 4th attempt to have it delivered failed so asked for a refund. I wonder how long that will take Dan?? What a serious waste of time this lot are. You pay your money in good faith and they really couldn't give a damn.. Will never be back. Update: promised refund never materialized , so had to persue a refund via PayPal - which was ultimately successful. Went to Pine and Needles who delivered 2 days later without any issues..

Do not give this company your order or Money. Its a complete scam. No tree turned up, no response to emails and calls!! Basically theft!!!!

They didn't send any confirmation email for the order. I was calling them every day, I was sending emails and no response. Finally, the did not even deliver the tree. I asked for refund and they haven't refunded me after 10 days.

Tree booked for delivery on 10th. No delivery happened. Another day has passed. Email, texts etc go unanswered. It’s the worst possible way to handle customers, who would welcome any kind of communication, even if the product is late. Come on people; this is a very poor way to treat people who have given you their money.

I've always used pinesandneedles.com but the last two years delivery has been a bit off and they are very expensive. So thought I'd give The Nordmann a try. But despite ordering in November, Dan just doesn't seem very organised. There's no contact number or chat facility if you need to talk to them. There was no message yesterday when the tree was supposed to arrive, so, having read all the poor reviews on here, I went back to pinesandneedles and they sent a brilliant tree today, with no fuss. The tree from The Nordmann arrived hours after the pinesandneedles one was put up. They are more expensive, but at least you can rely on them and the customer serve is excellent. Xmas trees a are seasonal business- it's all geared up for this time of year, so it's no excuse to say 'we've had issues with delivery'- they-have had 12 months to plan it. I'd recommend to the many disappointed people here, ask for a refund and book with pinesandneedles.

Absolute Scam. Did not get any response from the call I made to them, or the emails I sent. Luckily I paid with my Amex and got my money back.

Ordered a tree to be delivered on 8 December. No tree was delivered and I’ve received no communication from them despite phoning, emailing and texting. I’ve asked for a refund - I’m going to give it another day and if nothing, I’ll report them to action fraud - what a scam - and to do this at Christmas too.

It is a fraud company!
It has been 2 weeks since I have ordered my tree and paid for next day delivery. No one picks the phone, no reply to emails. Wish there was a way to report them to authorities and get a refund. It’s an online scam!

Same story as everyone else. Was happy with my tree last year, but this year something has gone seriously wrong. It was supposed to arrive yesterday but no text message to tell me the timeslot. Still waiting today. Impossible to contact - texts and emails are not answered, voicemail is full. Am about to go and buy another one as I have family coming tomorrow. Will see whether I can get a refund.

DO NOT USE this company. Same story with christmas tree as everybody else's. Website says "State your delivery date" and that "Unless contacted otherwise, your date will be the date for delivery. You will be sent an SMS message on the morning of your delivery providing you with a timeslot that day."

I ordered a tree for a family member. After order, there
was absolutely no communication. Email goes unanswered. My family member called several times and when they finally got through, the person was extremely rude and making excuses. Unacceptable customer experience for the price I paid.

Absolutely shocking, do not use this company. Delivery a day late, took a day off work to take delivery, no show. When I called to make enquiries repeated no answer and no opportunity to leave a message as mailbox was full. Didn't get any response from my messages. When the tree turned up, it was not the 5ft nordic pine I ordered but a barely 3.5 foot joke of a tree that I could have bought from outside Costcutter, it dropped needles everywhere. I eventually got a text back from Dan offering me a partial refund, i said i just wanted to return the tree and receive the 5ft nordic, he said OK then failed to let me know when or if this might happen. In the end I couldn't stand to have to deal with him anymore...trades description and customer services are dire. More than very disappointed. Would not recommend.

Do not buy its a scam I had the same experience NOTE Dan is terrible at his job and company that is online advertising is nothing like the service - Do not buy anything from this company ordered my works Christmas tree and wreaths in 15th November to arrive Friday the 1st of December - Still not received Tree Wreaths or a refund - Conman and not going to stop telling people about how bad this company is!!!!!! They have a shop in Wimbledon which I'm going to pay a visit record and expose them!!!!!! Kept telling me it was going to arrive today at 1pm and guess what nothing!

It is such a shame that I did not consult online reviews before ordering from them. The delivery was late with no intimation and we got a tree without a wooden stand which we paid for. They do not respond to either phone calls or emails. I am surprised the trading standards body has not been alerted about this irresponsible company

I ordered the tree at the end of October for Saturday 2nd of December, stayed at home on Saturday and Sunday all day but the tree never arrived and I did not get any communication from them about the delay or new delivery date. Their contact phone is not answering, messages and emails are not replied to.
I see other people complain about delays as well, but has anyone with similar experience actually received the tree eventually? I don't know what to do now. I don't want to buy another tree and then get delivered the 2nd one a day later, but if I don't get a tree before next weekend my wife will kill me.
