Ordered tree in Oct 2023 and it was…

Ordered tree in Oct 2023 and it was meant to be delivered 2.12.23.
I like the rest of the reviewers waited in all weekend and still no tree. I got through to Dan last night at 9pm and he lied and said they had sent out emails telling everyone that the tree would not arrive yesterday. He reassured it would be delivered today.

No tree today.
Absolute shambles of a company.
I have asked for refund today. Has anyone else got their money back.

Avoid Avoid Avoid

If i could give zero stars i would, no confirmation of delivery after chasing after booking weeks in advance. Voicemail is full of the contact phone number, and when I have got whatsapp responses they are few and far between and flippent. A day after the expected date I have a stranger unexpectedly appear at my door with a short cut tree and state thats all they have (I had ordered a 5ft potted tree.) Now three days after my scheduled delivery date and still no communication of what to expect and ignoring repeated requests for a refund.

DO NOT ORDER

Ordered a Christmas tree on the 4th of November for today. They confirmed my order and took my money (£90 for tree and delivery).. they said they would send an email on the day of delivery. Came to the morning of delivery, no email, no tree delivery! I emailed them three times asking where my tree was and had no reply. I called the man’s mobile number with no answer, couldn’t leave a message as the mailbox was full (I assume others hadn’t received their orders either) I am now down £90 with no Christmas tree and a very upset daughter. Cannot afford to get one elsewhere so now have nothing. Do not order from here

Delivered 24h late

6FT (meaning 5-6Ft!) Tree delivered 24H late. But had regular communication throughout. It looks like they are trying their best, but get easily swamped. Time to be merciful... Thank you for honouring your words.

Terrible service

Terrible service, didn't deliver my tree or let me know they weren't going to deliver it until I called them! I have been told I will be refunded but have no evidence of this at this time.

MAKE SURE THEY DELIVER TO YOUR AREA

Be aware that they quite happily take the order and money but then decide that they have no vans to deliver to certain areas of London. When placing the order I was only advised that certain days weren't available so I ordered for the 9th December.

Got an email today saying they have cancelled the order. When I called was advised that it's a Google problem that certain areas aren't excluded from their system - hence the order went through at that time, only for them to now cancel it.
