Professional. Relaxed. Laidback. I’ve had a few tattoo sessions with the lovely ladies at the NFBC and it’s always an absolute pleasure. They are thoroughly professional at what they do and the results are amazing! If you’re thinking of getting a tattoo removed, don’t hesitate. The price is incredibly reasonable too!

Was so nice to meet Rebecca yesterday and really happy with my treatment and the outcome already. It was so helpful to hear more information to support my skin journey. Will definitely be back to see you again!

I had an appointment to have a few moles removed by NFBC. Unfortunately, the laser that 'Nurse Rebecca' used made the moles bleed uncontrollably, and the treatment had to be terminated for safety reasons. In my clinic notes, she blamed the excessive bleeding on blood-thinners, even though my medical consent form stated that I am not on any. I left the clinic with my face a mess, and the bleeding continued for hours after the failed procedures. Weeks later, after having undergone unnecessary downtime with discomfort and unsightly scabbing, the moles still remained very much in tact, albeit discoloured and disfigured. I requested a refund, but NFBC refused, expecting me instead to return for remedial treatment using an electrolysis device. Nothing says human guinea pig quite like my experience with NFBC. I have since had the moles successfully (and bloodlessly!) removed at another clinic, without any complication, thereby proving (if any more proof were needed!) that NFBC's laser mole removal service is not up to scratch. Speaking of which, I would be surprised if my 8 year old niece couldn't get better results with a sheet of sandpaper. I have now issued a claim against the clinic in the county court, which NFBC's lawyer says they intend to fully defend at trial. I would strongly advise you to save your face / body, time and money, and go to a CQC regulated clinic that doesn't carry out trial and error laser treatments at the customer's expense.

I'm very happy with my results and my legs feel extremely smooth. I had to have more sessions than I expected but that's normal as you don't know how your hair will react to the laser. Carly has been great: very calm, kind and professional. The clinic always feel like a relaxing cocoon and is in a very good location. I would 100% recommend!

From the very first time I entered I was greeted in a warm and friendly manner. I received extensive information and booked my a appointment for the nurse to give her advice.
I subsequently had a removal of a Seborroeic Keratoses which was removed without pain. I am really pleased with the treatment I received and would highly recommend.

The staff were very helpful and professional the treatment was carried out very safely and smoothly. I would highly recommend Norwich Face and Body clinic and would use them again in the future.

The staff are all such lovely people and they try to accommodate you as much as they can if you are running late for an appointment. It's an easy few minutes walk from the nearby carpark, so very convenient too.
I have had several treatments and each one has been carried out professionally ( with fun thrown in for good measure ).

I’ve had two treatments with Rebecca over the past couple of months — the Prescription Resurfacing Facial and the Focus Dual RF Microneedling (full face). From the moment I arrived, Rebecca was incredibly welcoming and took the time to explain each treatment in detail. She made sure I was comfortable throughout and regularly checked in to see how I was feeling. I’m really looking forward to continuing my skin journey with her and couldn’t recommend her more highly!

The ladies were extremely helpful. I had an appointment and they were extremely honest in the fact that they couldn’t help me but recommended someone who may be able to help. It’s extremely refreshing to find people who are honest, open and supportive in what they can and can’t do. I will definitely return in the future and highly recommend them.

I went to Norwich Face and Body Clinic needing help with bad pigmentation on my face caused by hormones and sun damage. It was starting to impact my confidence and I would constantly try to cover it with make up but with no real luck. The ladies were so helpful and reassuring during my consultation and advised me of the products I would need for this type of pigmentation. It seemed like a very steep investment using the Obagi products which they recommended, but the results already have been so worth it! I could see results within 1-2 weeks of using the products. I’m 8 weeks in now and feel so much happier and confident in my own skin and I don’t have to try and cover my face with make up anymore! I’m excited to see how much clearer my skin will get.

I went to have my semi permanent brows removed. Both Carly and the lady in reception were very friendly and informative. I was made to feel very relaxed and would definitely recommend visiting. Although I could have parked in St. Andrews car park which is very close, I chose to park on the TK Max carpark and have a little walk. There is currently 3 hours free parking there, if like me you don’t like spending money on car parks 😊

Today I had a eyebrow tattoo laser removal consultation and patch test at Norwich Face and body clinic. I was made to feel very welcome and was put at ease straight away. The girls were friendly and professional. Everything was explained carefully. There was no discomfort with the patch test and any redness had gone by the time I got home. I can’t wait for the full treatment! I left plenty of time to get to the clinic (which was advised when booking) and the car park was literally 5 minutes away so no problem finding it. I would definitely recommend 😊

Lovely relaxed place, great friendly staff. After an initial thorough consultation with Rebecca, a very professional, understanding, caring lady, who took the time to explain everything to me, I’m a 57yr old lady with sun/sun bed damaged skin and decreasing collagen. I had a course of RF microneedling and stem cell facial treatment and after nearly 12 weeks, my face looks so much better! My skin
looks thicker and the lines decreased somewhat! I’m extremely pleased and would definitely recommend!!

I am quite self-conscious but felt immediately at ease and trust there is no judgement whatsoever; the team are truly lovely! I received all information and helpful tips up front so I knew what to expect and knew I was in good hands.
