Lovely Atmosphere
I recently completed my laser hair removal treatments with Carly. Throughout each appointment I was made to feel very comfortable and saw brilliant results after.
I would definitely go back for other treatments one day.

I had CO2 Fractional laser skin…
I had CO2 Fractional laser skin resurfacing. Lauren is so knowledgeable and talked me through the procedure and answered all my questions. I felt relaxed and only occasionally did i feel a little discomfort. We chatted through the whole of the treatment and I was surprised when she said all done! I recommend Norwich Face and Body the level of service, expertise and knowledge of their treatments is fantastic.Thank you to Lauren and Rebecca I will definitely be back for a course of skin boosters.

No hard sell of products and very understanding about my life long lazy approach to moisturiser and self care without judgement. Facial was great and has really helped - I will be back. Quite expensive but not compared to other places doing similar things and worth every penny. A great experience all round.

Katherine made me feel very comfortable and explained everything I had questions for. The procedure was 45 minutes but it passes by quite quickly. The procedure itself is uncomfortable at first but it is short lived as the area that was treated just became numb and I didn't pay attention to it. From my experience I would definitely recommend this. Can't wait to start seeing the results! Thank you.

I will recommend OBAGI (NU-DERM) to everyone struggling with facial pigmentation. I have very stubborn pigmentation on my face, and I tried many products. But this is the first time in 3 years that I can actually feel the difference. I started using OBAGI around a month ago, and I can already see reduction in my pigmentation. The cleanser and moisturiser of this kit are so good, that they not only have made my skin smoother but also free of acne. SPF is a little bit oily for me, but rest of the products are just awesome. I will highly recommend it.

Laser tattoo removal
I visited the Norwich face and body clinic after being recommended by a friend, I had already had laser at another clinic but wasn’t sure on the progress. I had a free consultation and Lauren was super friendly and was so informative about the laser treatment, she kept in touch and followed up with how the patch test went and I booked in to start my treatments with her. I had my first session a couple of weeks ago and just felt relaxed (more than I had done before) and Lauren was so attentive about the aftercare. I can’t wait to carry on with my treatments as I am already seeing a difference!

I was seen by Katherine :) who was definitely the nicest person ever made me feel so at ease and explained everything about the procedure and asked if at anytime i had any questions , stayed all the time with me on my treatment definitely 5🌟

A beautiful clinic nestled in Norwich Lanes!
I finally have got round to writing this review, after numerous visits to the wonderful Norwich Face and Body Clinic. I anxiously booked myself a consultation on the NFBC website, which I found really easy for the Cryolipolysis Targeted Fat Freezing. After many months of losing weight through diet and a solid routine of gym attendance, I still had an area of concern around my tummy button, that I felt I needed more advice to help reduce with a fat freezing treatment.
I arrived on time to be greeted by Chloe, who immediately put me at ease and asked me to take a seat in the well presented reception area. The colour scheme is relaxing and with the nice choice of music that set me up for my consultation with the lovely Katherine.
I was met by Katherine and we headed up the cute staircase to the treatment room. Katherine invited me to get comfy on the treatment bed and we had an informal, open and honest chat before we discussed my areas of concern. I felt that I was listened to and Katherine explained every step of the treatment and advised me of the timescale that could see the benefit of the treatment. With that was I booked in for my fat reduction treatment. After my treatment was finished, I felt very cared for and with the best aftercare advice absorbed I felt the clinic with a real sense of self-care and that I was valued as a client. Following my initial fat reduction treatment; I have now booked a full course of 3D Lipo treatments to have regularly which Katherine had suggested while allowing for the 3 month result of the Cryolipolysis Targeted Fat Freezing to take effect and I look forward to every treatment with Katherine and the team at the beautiful Norwich Face and Body Clinic.
I am looking forward to booking further tattoo removal sessions with the lovely Chloe and laser hair removal with the knowledgable and very friendly Danielle! What an amazing team you have Lauren! Thank you so much. Always will be a 5 star review from me.

I have just finished my course of laser hair removal sessions and it was the best decision I have made for myself. Firstly and most important, all my hair has gone. Both Lauren and Chloe have made me feel so comfortable throughout all my sessions and show genuine care for you during your visits. Lauren clearly has a wealth of knowledge and passion for her craft.

Fabulous experience
I recently had sunspots/pigmentation removed from my face by laser and was very impressed with the excellent customer service, high powered Q10 laser and very friendly and efficient staff. Their website gives a detailed description of what the procedure entails and the do's and don't's pre/during/post treatment. The laser treatment is fast and effective and relatively painless and the results are very good and in keeping with what I was told to expect. I thoroughly recommend this clinic.
