Really enjoyed The 90 Day Novel course. The daily lessons gave me a boost of motivation to keep going. I valued the live one-to-one calls where I got further guidance on my work-in-progress.
A few months ago I thought writing the first draft of my first novel to be an impossible achievement but, with the help of all at The Novelry, I've done it.
Thank you.

I really enjoyed the classic course at the Novelry - it opened my eyes to something I felt I was missing in my writing, but couldn't quite articulate. For the longest time I was stuck, and I owe so much to this wonderful platform for nudging me out of the space where I thought I might give up my dream of writing a novel altogether. I'm nervous and excited for what's to come - and I can't wait to move on to the next course!

I absolutely recommend The Novelry! I’ve spent years trying to make my writing dreams come true. Not until The Novelry have I had the tools to overcome writing blocks and hurdles. I’ve just finished the first draft of my novel and could not have done it without this course. Thank you, Novelry!

The Big Edit is chock-full of smart, actionable advice, but story whisperer Tash took my submission package to the next level. She gave me the perfect premise line, went over my first three chapters with her brilliant editorial eye, and gave masterful advice on how to reorganize my book’s timeline to jack up suspense. She then handpicked the perfect agents and gave me the benefit of her industry wisdom throughout the entire submission process. I couldn't recommend Tash and the Novelry more highly.

Disappointing...
Because of the novelry's comment I need to make crystal clear what really happened. I contacted them for my work and I told them that the editors who have reviewed my work, they found it very good and I ask them if I can send them my work to help me with the agents process. They asked me to see my work and told me that my work reminds them Camus and that I am qualified for their assessment. So I decided to do the assessment but when they finished with the assessment they tried to advice me to take their course which is even more expensive and I denied. Then, after all these they remembered to tell me that the translation is not good and that they do not like my work. Can you believe it??? Add it to this the recommendations from their editing were really terrible. I cannot believe that a person worked for one of the biggest publishers in the world in order to offer so low level of work...
I have kept their messages as a proof

Absolutely amazing course at The Novelry. I couldn’t fault it. I’ve come out of The Classic Course with a renewed sense of faith that I can go on to write this novel. They have covered all bases and given me the tools to start a first draft with confidence. I can’t wait for the next module, The 90 Day Novel Course.

I have just completed The Novelry's Classic Course with the intention of now moving on to the 90 Day Novel Course. I cannot express strongly enough how much I have enjoyed the whole process and how much it has bolstered my confidence enough to call myself an emerging writer. Some of the tasks are challenging. You are asked to revisit your childhood, for instance, and, for me, this felt like I was walking about with raw skin for a few weeks but it was an extremely interesting and productive experience. I know feel that I have a much stronger understanding of Classic Literature (even though I am an English teacher a lot of the content was new to me) and, perhaps, more importantly for my purposes, my head and notebook are brimming with ideas, references and tools for the next bit. Louise and her team are absolute superstars - the balance of support, nourishment and no-nonsense advice is exceptional.

Amazing and inspiring. To say I loved this course is a gross understatement. I loved turning up everyday for a lesson, which was rocket fuel sending me straight into my 1000 words for the day. It was informative, energizing and really fun.

The courses at The Novelry have significantly developed my writing and I have been surprised by the ways that I have changed, too. I would whole heartedly recommend working with these caring, professional people.

It is the most inspiring thing I have ever done. I have started to write. I have discovered a new part of my life. I have started to tell a story. The Ninety Day Novel Course, the Novelry, the tutors and all my new friends have contributed to making this a life-changing experience for me and I would simply say– don't hesitate for a minute.
I can't speak highly enough about The Novelry and its courses, tutors, and editors. As a nonfiction writer, I was anxious about making the leap to writing a novel but Louise and my amazing tutor, Emylia, steadied my nerves as I surprised myself by writing the first draft in 90 days. Then, the Big Edit course and Lily Lindon's Ultimate Manuscript Assessment taught me everything I needed to know to really make it shine. Less than 1 1/2 years after registering, I'm on the verge of signing with a literary agent to get my manuscript published and confident I wouldn't be nearly this far along now, if ever, without the tutelage, advice, and support of The Novelry. Five + stars!
Life changing, the Novelry gives you the confidence to write the book, to build your world and develop it onto the blank page. The Novelry literally takes your hand and walks you through each stage of how to write a book, from that first idea to the last chapter. The difficult pieces you find hard are brought to life through excellent videos and fabulous reading material.

The Novelry was like a giant pitchfork that dug under the rock hard soil I was languishing and set me upright and got me writing my novel. I felt supported and understood from the first moment I signed on. Louise and her writers staff are brilliant. The videos and thoughtful lessons are spot on. And the tutor sessions once you have material are gold. I have finished a first draft of my book - and am so excited to really accomplish this task. The Novelry makes writing a novel fun and sets you on a journey ... I can't rate this course high enough. A thousand stars.
The curriculum, community, and staff of the novelry are on point! Whether you want to become a published author or you are interested in crafting a piece of writing for yourself or your family, this is the place to do it. I highly recommend the Novelry - it is worth the investment!

If you love books, the Novelry is a wonderful place to explore your creativity and increase your enjoyment of your writing craft. I particularly enjoy course elements which analyse the texts from a writer's point of view. It doesn't matter what level you are, from beginner through to published writer, The Novelry offers inspiration and support amidst a vibrant and positive community.
The 'Novel in 90 Days' course is energetic, sparky and will develop your understanding of story-telling.
'The Big Edit' is a valuable resource which makes you examine your story on a number of levels so that you can build on strengths and find solutions to problems. The Ultimate Manuscript Assessment has been invaluable both in helping me develop a novel beyond what I might have achieved alone, and in helping me learn and raise my game as a writer.
I really enjoy being a part of this community. There's an ongoing and wide choice of genre and writing workshops on offer, facilitated by published, successful writers who are keen to pass on their expertise. I also very much enjoy the talks by published authors and other industry professionals.

The Novelry literally saved my life. In early 2021, I'd had Covid and was struggling with symptoms of Long Covid, worrying about my elderly husband and my sister who had terminal cancer. I needed to write. I couldn't, despite the fact I was a full time professional writer for nearly 40 years.
I stumbled on The Novelry and the Classic Course. That course filled my head with gorgeous imagery, the lessons were not just inspiring but brilliant, offering me a new way to see my work and how to write in general. The quotes often sent me to my bookcases (because I owned the book) to read more deeply. Book quoted that I wasn't familiar with I ordered on the spot.
As I progressed through the course, I was able to set a mess of a novel on the right path. I began to feel better. My illness was real, but anxiety over not being able to work was assuaged by the gentle, kind lessons and the supportive community at The Novelry. I followed the Classic Course with the 90-Day Novel and, this year, The Big Idea class.
Right now I'm taking the Six-Week Your Best Book Ever class. This year marks 40 years as a professional writer with 170 books to my credit. I'm still learning. And I'm learning with The Novelry. It has changed my life.

I have done a few other courses in the past, but what The Novelry does, more than others, is give you a sense of community. Besides an amazing varied array of guest speakers, there is a weekly story clinic, where the tutor and other writers offer solutions to whatever problems you might be grappling with.
Also specialised monthly sessions give the writer the chance to delve deeper into their chosen genres led by one of the best selling authors of that genre. All this besides the actual course lessons that teach you how to put your story together, to give it the polished finish needed for submission.
One to one chats with a chosen tutor, help to guide you along the way.
Overall I'd say you never feel alone at The Novelry, something that was particularly important in the last two years. It also helps, but is not entirely necessary, that you like dogs.

I was just dabbling around with little prospect of finishing anything when I took the 90 Day Novel Course. I got to the end which gave me the confidence to revise & revise some more. But the best thing about The Novelry is the people! A supportive environment fostered by Louise & the tutors and a whole crew of other writers at all stages.

This course is an absolute wonder. Dynamic, supportive, creative: truly a whole different level than other courses. I have suggested it to friends who have taken the plunge as well and can't stop raving. The course touches heavily on the concept and power of magic, and that's what has been bottled up for all of us to tap into here. Bravo.

I’ve done many writing courses, many of which rely heavily on the workshopping method. The Complete Novel Course offers far more. It combines structured ‘how-to’, teaching, including textual analysis of works by great writers, coaching and one-to-one tutor contact including individualised feedback on problems, writing etc, all in one package and all available as you write your novel.
