1st order review
This was my first order from The Oil Store. It arrived, not only beautifully packaged but the oils smelled strong. After they were made into wax, they smelled even better. I'll be ordering more in the future.

Absolutely incredible fast and efficient service every single time. Alex is an absolute darling and nothing is too much trouble . I love their oils , so different to many other companies , she has dupes that others don’t have and that is so good as people get bored of the same smells all the time . In my top two companies I order from online . Always some kind of offer on something if not everything too. Keep up the incredible work. We’ve needed a company like yours for so long . Sent out the wrong item which was lower…
Sent out the wrong item which was lower priced than the one I paid for. Then the one I wanted was out of stock, although it wasn't when I paid for it. Again no communication to explain. So I asked for a refund, after 2 days, and asking again I got a "partial" refund. Will never use this company again!

Firstly I want to apologize for sending out the wrong silicone mould in your order, this was a human error on our part. When we got your email advising us that we sent you the incorrect item, we did infact apologise to you and communicated that the mould you originally wanted was sadly out of stock so we’re unable to replace, we then did not ask for you to return the wrong mould, and refunded you the full price you paid for the mould. You purchased this mould in our Black Friday sale which is when we had a 30% off promotion running, we did not send you a partial refund, we refunded you the full amount of what you paid for the mould at the time of purchase. I am saddened to read that you have stated we never had communication when we have a whole email thread between ourselves and you, trying our best to resolve the situation, where we had to include screen shots of your original payment to show you we did not send you a partial refund. We wish you every success for the future.

The friendliest , most reliable fragrance company I’ve dealt with . I absolutely love their range of different dupes . They’re so different to the other company’s who have the same fragrances time and time again . Keep up the big dupe lists !! It’s so refreshing 💜

My new supplier
I've ordered a selection of fragrances oils from the oil store uk.
All of them that I've ordered have smelt amazing, I've found some of my absolute favourites!
The turn around was incredibly quick and considering it was during launch this is impressive.
All the oils I ordered came extremely well packaged. No spillage, which happens a lot from larger companies.
The owner is always on hand with any answers or advice and really knows her stuff.
I don't think I'll be using any other supplier from now on.

Beautiful fragrances
Beautiful fragrances, I've loved every one I've ordered so far. I've had to order in smaller quantities at times but I understand that this is a new, small family run business so have been happy to do so while they get to grips with their demand!
I also love that they are actively seeking out unusual fragrances that aren't stocked by every other oil supplier, and they are beautiful quality ❤️ Highly recommend!
