Great service fast delivery all was just perfect.

I thought I'd be able to build this trampoline on my own but it definitely needs two people. One to hold the top up while the other puts the legs on. My granddaughter loves it & there's plenty of room for her to do her somersaults.

As usual I was last minute, but needed to get a particular bike for my grandaughter's birthday. I emailed them to see if there was any chance of an overnight delivery and received a prompt response by phone, to say they would do the best they could. I was continually updated and the bike duly arrived on time and they even contacted me to make sure it had arrived. You don't get better service than that !

No correspondence when asked to change delivery address.
Would never use again.

Having had issues purchasing a specific bike, for our three youngest children, from three other companies we thought Christmas was just never going to happen. We bought the three bikes off the online toy shop as a last resort, we were unsure if it was a reputable company or a scam site but at this point we're out of options and took the risk.

We received a phone call the following day, the bikes weren't in stock, but Charlie had not only rang us to inform us of this but also with an alternative option! We were so pleased! We might not of gotten the bikes we had been trying to get, but the alternative that Charlie offered was even better and at a considerably discounted price.

I can say with certainty that we will be using this site again, just for the simple fact that they cared enough to make sure we had something amazing for our kids to open Christmas morning.

Had a few issues with my item which was really frustrating and upsetting. The Online Toy Shop have been very helpful with resolving issues. I've not had to even slightly argue my point to get a good result.
