Excellent service 👏

Nothing actually went wrong but I had difficulty trying to find what I wanted mainly due to not being able to reach the garment I wanted because of the very crowded nature of the rails. I did think of asking the two assistants for help but they were busy chatting to each other.I appreciate it can be boring working behind the counter in retail when times are slack it's good to chat with your fellow employee but sometimes we just have to spare a glance to see if a customer needs a bit of assistance.

I ordered my Carla jacket last Wednesday around 15 30. It was delivered on Friday at noon. Excellent prompt service. However, the parcel was open but no damage done. I am delighted with my purchase. It was a good fit.

I really liked the options available and the information provided on the site, all of which helped me choose the perfect new coat which I was really impressed with when it arrived, especially as it was the shop's own brand. I also had a query about the order post-processing which was handle in a lovely manner. Will definitely recommend Portwest and shop here again myself.

Good online shopping experience. Your site is very well laid out and is easy to use.
We hadn’t shopped with you previously but your website was easy to find with a Google search.
Very happy with the available colours. Opted for a green. Black and cream were more widely available online but appealed less.
Delivery information from order placement to delivery was spot on. Liked the fact that you include a contact email address at the bottom of the “Goods Delivered” email.
You waited two weeks to ask for a review which is sufficient time to get to appreciate the product.
The product itself is excellent. Functionally it’s very warm and waterproof. Aesthetically it looks really great with lovely detailed touches like the sleeves which cover your hand like a mitt glove. The garment has unmistakable quality so it will last a long time.
Free delivery. It was an expensive jacket so it was nice to see the delivery didn’t cost extra!

Could improve
Columbia advertise their products in sizes XS, S, M, L, XL, XXL. Portwest however advertise the jackets in size 8, 10, 12, 14, 16…. While I understand that all of your women’s cloths may be advertised in this way it was somewhat confusing given how Columbia advertise.

Efficient delivery of great quality product at good price.

Shopped online. Product arrived well
Packed in good condition. The product was 49.95 and free delivery is €50 so it would be handy if they could increase the price by 5c so I don’t have to spent 20 mins looking for something cheap to add to the online shop to avoid paying €7 delivery charge.

Bought a pair of lightweight hiking boots online after reading the reviews, the service was excellent and delivery was within a few days, on the whole a great service and I will definitely use it again plus the boots were on sale and value for money!
