I ordered on line and I received an email a few days later saying they hadn’t the item in stock. It was disappointing to say that the website isn’t up to date with your stock control. The email was pleasant and apologetic and it offered me a choice of refund or choose another product which I appreciated.

I spoke to a real live customer service person!
I needed a product and ordered it.
It turned out it wasnt in stock, Portwest phoned me ( yes like a real live person actually phoned me!) And suggested a workable alternative. They took care of everything getting what i needed, when i needed it, at a price i was happy to pay. Job Done.
