Quick to resolve delivery issue
There was a mix up with my delivery (I received two of the one item) but Portwest were very quick to resolve the issue and send out the missing items.

Quality merch but a bit on the expensive side
A bit on the expensive side, but factor in its an Irish company makes it a bit more palatable than buying off Amazon etc. Quick turnaround on delivery
due to being local is a bonus.

Very positive experience
Website easily navigated, products reasonably priced, Portwest kept me updated while waiting for footwear to arrive, which was delivered within a few days. All in all a very positive experience.
