My boxes are stunning, they feel like velvet and are exactly what I ordered.

I ordered what were advertised as premium magnetic boxes, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The boxes arrived damaged, with uneven construction and a strong smell of cheap glue — completely unusable for any professional purpose.

When I attempted to resolve the issue, the communication was evasive. While searching for an alternative supplier, I discovered another company (Packaging Boxes) with overlapping details. When I asked directly about the connection, the question was initially avoided. Only after pressing a second time did they disclose that the companies are related. This lack of transparency was deeply concerning.

Between the poor product quality, the misrepresentation of the goods, and the communication issues, I cannot recommend either company. I am currently requesting a full refund and have made it clear that I will escalate to legal action if necessary.

If you require reliable, high-quality packaging or transparent communication, I would advise looking elsewhere.

The Packaging Boxes are excellent in delivering my needs of boxes and the design i ask for. Quick delivery and honest guys out there. I highly recommend them . I'm surely i will deal with you guys again. Thank you for the wonderful customer service. 5 star!

Do not trust this company to deliver on your expectations nor on resolving the inevitable complaint you will make about their abysmal failure of service.

It took four days for their delivery fulfilment agents to confirm that they hadn’t even received the package from Packingboxes.co.uk. I made alternative arrangements and therefore called their customer service line who - initially - sounded very apologetic and helpful. They said they would refund me immediately and send me a confirmation by email. More than 24 hours later and I have received nothing - no credit, no confirmation of refund. Meaning it falls to me to chase these incompetent shysters AGAIN!

I did not buy from The Packing Boxes so I cannot comment on quality. I asked for a quote for a product which was advertised at 'from 56p'however my quote came out at almost £10.00 per box for a not huge box (12x12 cm). I appreciate I only asked for 50 and that the quote included VAT, but from 56p to £10.00 is crazy.

Can not recommend the packaging boxes enough. Helped me through every stage and made my vision come to life with great quality boxes! Thank you so much, will be using again in future.

This was the second project we have worked together on, and as before the boxes turned out beautifully. The colours are perfect and match the previous branded box. Great service from both Chris and Jeff, who are there to answer any questions and guide you through the process. I would highly recommend The Packaging Boxes and I will be working with them again in the future.

Customer service and professionalism

Person I spoke to on WhatsApp was very unhelpful and wasted my time, didn't give me prices regarding the boxes I was interested in. Very bad expirence.

We reached out with a custom project and this company where very quick to understand our requirements.
The bespoke product was produced very quickly and communicated very quickly.
Product arrived on time and quality was excellent, price was also a factor and they nailed it 200%

Had a great experience with this company I was looked after by chris and his communication was perfect, he answered all my little questions and made sure I was 100% happy with what I was buying. He guided me through the design process and he had some good ideas that made the finish product amazing. I'm super happy with what I received definitely recommend.

Great boxes, well designed and absolutely meet the brief. They will deliver fragile items, so need to keep them safe and unbroken on delivery. These boxes will definitely achieve this (although still to post) and great value for money.
Through the process a video showing how the box goes to together really helped me see how it would work, rather than a flat plan or flat designed box.

Our packaging came and it was was high quality. Will be buying again for sure!!
