Absolutely useless tracking, as noted by many other unfortunate people posting that they had similar problems, and long wait for delivery. But I would like to praise highly the young lorry driver, Aid... See more

Can’t fault this company at all. My delivery arrived next day, at the time provided, and the driver was great! Called me beforehand to make sure I was in and went out of his way to bring the pallet right up just inside my back gate.

Delivered on time on the day promised, can't fault them. The delivery driver was a friendly chap who phoned me to ask for the final few directions, happily reversed his truck into a tight cul-de-sac, and then brought the pallet to my kerbside. To be fair the tracking app needs fixing but everything else was brilliant. Nice job

Absolutely disgusting service and even worse customer service when calling to try to make a complaint! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY 🤬
Understand ‘kerb side delivery’ but when stood there holding our 8 month old and our 3 year old at the side, the oh so helpful delivery drivers solution was to leave the pallet blocking a public path making everyone walk in the road rather than offer some assistance.
Diabolical and beyond unhelpful….avoid these like the plague!!!
**Your ‘partner’ company is about as helpful as you are. Please contact me about making a formal complaint if you have such an option (which I doubt)

Ordered some radiators that were apparently being delivered by this company.
The driver was super rude and intimidating - complaining he wouldn't help me with them because he called my partner shouting and swearing that the entrance to our flat was on the back of our road? This was already in the delivery note and clearly communicated. He dumped the radiators and a pallett on the road, not even on the pavement and drove off swearing to himself.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but the service I received was outstanding and deserves recognition. The tracking was spot on, providing an accurate ETA, and the delivery driver was professional, well-presented, and polite. Everything arrived as expected, and I’m looking forward to enjoying my new garden furniture. A seamless and stress-free experience—highly recommended!

Rude delivery driver with no manner.

Avoid - don't turn up. Tracking number is always 'in the next hour'. Beyond rude delivery driver, who dumped delivery in road as no-one was in (wrong delivery date) and forged delivery signature. Worst I've ever dealt with.

Horrendous company, if you are buying something and you see this company delivering it then avoid it! Goce you an hour time slot and it just keeps changing every min to the next hour, pallet never arrived now trying to claim the money back , they should be shut down!

Dangerous tailgating driver NX22 PMV. Road full of drivers, both cars and lorries, keeping their distance etc. multiple times this driver pushed so close I couldn’t even tell it was a lorry because from mirror. At one point when I put my hazards on for a moment to encourage him to move further back he flashed his lights and got even closer. Please check dashcam between 10 to 11pm. I was worried for my life the entire drive, he was so close I would not have had the time to even turn into a side road if I wanted to I had to keep on going forward because I ran the risk of him crashing into me if I dared stop. I will be reporting this driver to the police. Based on other reviews it seems that aggressive drivers is a common trait in this company.
Awful company, none accurate delivery times supposed to give an hour window but this hour keeps changing when you log on say you were to log on at 9am it would say 9am - 10am then if you were to log on 9:30am it would say 9:30am - 10:30am. Useless

In contrast to other reviews I found TPN fantastic with my delivery.
From when it was passed to them from the retailer the tracking updated reliably and it was delivered on the date it was estimated. They called me a couple of times leading up to it to check I was available and advice regarding the delivery (due to where I live I couldn’t have 2-man delivery into house which was fine and prior agreed by me with retailer). Exceptional customer service compared to some other delivery companies we’ve used in the past and really friendly!
The delivery driver was also great, got a call with an ETA when nearby. He was also friendly and helpful bringing the pallet up to the front door for us. The furniture item I ordered was not damaged and box in good shape too, again a bit of a rarity in my experience with other companies!
The only constructive feedback I’d give is that on the tracking for the stages, it uses acronyms and some of them I wasn’t quite sure what they meant. The symbols help a bit but if these were explained it would be a bit easier to understand where the delivery is at when you check. Not a big deal though as you can still see it going through the stages.
Quick, friendly and efficient, would recommend!
From my perspective the other poor reviews aren't 100% warranted, but the key problem with, 'The Pallet Network' is they will send estimated delivery information which just isn't accurate, so you could end up waiting in all day for a delivery which could turn up the following day (which was my experience). My view is that its best not to give out delivery timings at all unless they are accurate since its much more frustrating when they are wrong and you waste time waiting for a delivery which just doesn’t turn up.
I did speak to their customer support team, the person I spoke with was very helpful and did give my accurate delivery information. The driver who delivered my pallet was very good, he moved the pallet into my garage for me and was very helpful and courteous, also the item was in good condition with no damage.
I ordered some paving slabs and received nothing from TPN until I had a call on a Monday afternoon saying they were at my house and nobody was there to sign for the slabs. Contacted the paving company and they rearranged delivery for Wednesday but said unfortunately TPN don't provide tracking. So I booked Wednesday off work and the day passed with no delivery!
They can't expect people to stay home from the day they order something until the day it is delivered!!! Other pallet delivery companies manage to contact you before delivery so not sure why this one can't.
I have now had to book another day off work and they are meant to be delivering this morning but I won't hold my breath...
Took an extra day to deliver. ETA times are provided which continuously move throughout the day.
Hi, I'd like to say many thanks for the great service from TPN. The driver delivered my pallet right to my door, and nothing was too much trouble for him. All the best to everyone at TPN from Francis
Well reading the reviews I can see this is a bad company. My experience with them is laughable, no tracking information given , driver phone to ask how to get to us , husband gave very clear instructions and said leave on drive as we were out .upon arriving home no pallet ,checked cameras no deliver attempted.phoned company order was made from they said after checking with tpn it will be with us in next hour but no delivery phoned tpn only to be told driver wouldn’t drive up our lane as he’s not allowed to go off road ? Our lane is not a mud track and is used daily by other residents and other delivery companies with no problems.phoned order company next day they said that’s their delivery company so they would refund us as they can’t deliver . Can tpn drivers not drive . Disgusting service from both companies
I ordered from Emperor Paints on Weds 18th Sept, saying that we absolutely needed it delivered to Northern Ireland by end of day Tues. No problem, they said, it should be there Friday, or Monday latest. No doubt that was in good faith, but unfortunately they used TPN.
By Monday I had concerns about having heard nothing, and seeing nothing on the tracking page since 3am Friday morning, when the pallet was marked "in transit to depot". So I tried to contact TPN, but nobody was answering their phones, all day. I left a message on their answering machine as invited, but to this day nobody has got back to me.
Instead, late on Tuesday morning I got an unexpected call from AM Logistics (who I'd never heard of) to say they had a pallet for me from Properla UK Ltd (who I'd never heard of) and when did I want it delivered?
If the word pallet hadn't been mentioned I would have assumed it was a spam call, but fortunately a little hasty web research connected Properla to Emperor.
Less fortunately, having only received the pallet late Tuesday morning, AM Logistics (in N. Ireland) were unable to deliver that day. That's not their fault — they answer their phones and did their level best for us.
TPN dropped them in it, and left them to deal with angry me. TPN I've still never heard from.
Expecting a delivery today, no communication I had to phone up then told it it’s gonna be after the shut off window very very poor
What a waste of a day
Expecting customers to hand load on a residential street at after 530 at night ridiculous
If it was a small delivery, I could understand it but a whole pallet of 90 heat logs madness
They make the impossible possible by making Evri look like a professional delivery company. We are expecting AM delivery for a shipment of tiles and well into PM still no sign of delivery, no update from the truly atrocious TPN.
As a side note this joke of a company requires you to download Team Viewer for support on their tracker, this is not only risky for the customer but not standard practice for any company.
