Zero stars really, I would avoid this company if at all possible. I was given a delivery date and window of 9 to 5 so a day of waiting,no delivery and no contact.
Telephone contact next day delivery in 30 minutes,clearly a lie as still no delivery and no response to messages.
Stil waiting for delivery which I will probably cancel as cannot afford a third day of waiting
The item was ordered on Tuesday,picked up lunchtime Wednesday,delivered to me at 10am on Thursday, so simple and easy.The delivery driver was polite and helpful.such a good service.

Disgusting company!
Had a delivery today and the guy brought a pallet to the front of the house. I waited to see what he would do as there was no way that I could lift the heavy bags of pebble stones from the pallet due to my being petite!
He then said "I cannot help you lift the bags of stones as we are not allowed to"
I was not sure what to do, so I left it there and tried to work out what I could do, as I thought that they needed to come off the pallet so the delivery guy could take the pallet away. I could not believe it!! ... He then said "The pallet stays with you!" WHAT!!
DISGUSTING!
I even gave him £5 ... what a mug I am!!
Please avoid them at all costs!!
I had a delivery scheduled for over a month by sister company Pallet plus (who do not have a trust pilot account to comment on) I had arranged for the delivery to be there the day before my builder required the materials. On the day of the delivery I did not receive any notification that delivery would not be happening or any contact whatsoever. At 16:30 I called the company who I bought the materials for who in turn contacted pallet plus. I then received a phone call from pallet plus stating the delivery would not happen but it would be there before 10:30 the next day. My builder subsequently started his day as normal waiting for the delivery. By 10:30 the delivery has not arrived, again no contact had been made to say it wouldn’t be coming. So I phoned pallet plus who said the delivery would be there by 13:00. Again 13:00 came and went and no delivery and no contact. The delivery didn’t come until 14:20 by which time my builder had gone home. I’m having to pay my builder a whole days work due to the incompetence of this company. When I asked to complain they said that I couldn’t and I would have to go through the company I bought the materials for. They have attempted to complain but pallet plus said because delivery was completed they don’t take complaints. Do not use this company.
I contacted customer service at The Pallet Network on the morning of the delivery, and they could not have been more helpful. All my questions were answered and the name of the driver given with an estimated time of arrival.
The driver turned up, was polite, smiley and a happy person - it turned out he had delivered to me before. On both occasions he was extremely helpful. His name is Matthew, he likes a cuppa and definitely digestive biscuits
I hope other people get the same service in the future
Positives: Once day was arranged driver was on time, friendly and helpful. Item had been treated with care arriving undamaged.
Negative: Tracking showed the shipment arrived in the local delivery depot where it remained for almost six days. On chasing the item's supplier they had given a corrupted phone number to TPN to arrange a day to deliver yet apparently TPN never bothered to contact supplier to resolve and in the end it was just my chasing the supplier that enabled the delivery.
We had some shelving delivered from BigDug. BigDug use TPN for their courier deliveries. The delivery guy was obnoxious. Part of the delivery was damaged so I said I wouldn’t accept delivery as advised by the supplier BigDug. At this point the delivery driver got VERY angry. PUT SIMPLY be very wary of using TPN or taking delivery from one of their drivers or subcontractors. If I was BigDug I’d use someone other than TPN as they are clearly damaging your business.
Driver blocked my drive for over 10mins even though there was plenty of parking on the street including outside the address that he was delivering to. When I asked him to move he just ignored me, absolutely disgusting behaviour when I was trying to get to my hospital appointment and ended up calling up a friend to pick me up which added stress. The reg was YC22EVM hopefully you'll have a chat with driver and provide some training on how to park.

Took delivery of a shed. Arrived on the right day but no phone call to say what time. Did not know about kerbside delivery. We are pensioners and my husband is disabled. Driver very reluctantly put it on our front lawn but kept saying how difficult it was to manoeuvre - we have a dropped kerb! Disappointing service - not very helpful or considerate.
The delivery came within the expected time. It was securely attached to a pallet that ensured in arrived in mint condition. There was no unnecessary packaging. The delivery driver was both courteous and helpful in where the delivery was placed
This network is the worst network I have ever used. Pallets get double stacked even if they are clearly something that shouldn’t be stacked on. This causes damage that they then blame on the receiver. They proclaim to give you 20 minutes to unload and check pallets but try checking more than one pallet in that time and that’s if the driver can be bothered to hang around!
They just don’t care about your goods and this is at their hubs. Even if goods get to the hub it’s likely to leave damaged.
Use Palletways instead because they are fantastic and treat it as their own, Palletways actually care!
I can only choose one date but this experience was ongoing and I left as soon as I found an alternative.
We ordered a tonne of coal , clearly due to the weight it was important to use a company with communications and tracking.
TPN promise is to provide communications and tracking.
The drama started at 9am when no tracking was send to us. We phoned and were told pallet was being sent between 10.30 - 1 , again no tracking. By 1 pm no delivery and no communication.
We ended up phoning several times through out the day , we were never given any tracking , extremely stressful day chasing this company.
However the pallet did arrive at 2.30 , the driver was absolutely brilliant and placed the pallet where we needed it .
If TPN sorted out their communications out, if would have been 5 ***** .
Please dont use this company it has been an appalling Experience I have been waiting 3 weeks for the delivery of a stove I was told on 3 occasions it was coming and waited all day and no delivery and no phone calls or update.
Nobody takes responsibility for the delivery.. I would gove this company a minus 10 dreadful.

I had work men waiting all day for to do work but nothing has arrived, no call no text, no correspondence of any kind and no one is answering my calls.
I am disabled with mobility issues, they told me about kirb side delivery the the before my goods was due to arrive

Every time a delivery is made it's left at the incorrect postcode. As a result of this we have to arrange for the pallet to be picked up.
If it were possible to give minus stars it would be -10. The driver was extremely rude and unhelpful. The tracking number didn't work and I wasnot given prior notice of delivery. In a race to the bottom for customer service TPN would surely come first.
Spot-on delivery. Quick and reliable. Driver friendly and very helpful. Kept informed of the progress of my pallet which was delivered safely (It included glass!)
They delivered a big pallet of 200kg after 5pm and left it on the road. I asked the driver to help me move it to the door but he refused. The driver was quite rude
