The Pallet Network left a huge wooden pallet in front of my house entrance!!! We are at home when he delivered, but he just dun bother to ring the doorbell and left my egg chair in the box including the pallet! Very irresponsible!!

It came . Didn’t get the phone call 1 hr before as promised to prior warn hubby item was on its way . Abrupt with my young daughter who answered the door . Huffing and puffing . I’d swerve if possible.

I wish I couldn’tgive any stars for this joke of a company but in order to write this review I had to leave 1 star. Do not use this company under any circumstances! Totally unprofessional, the driver was very rude and had my sister in tears and when I complained, the person at the end of the phone didn’t care. Absolutely appalling.

Sorry for those who've had a bad experience as mine was completely different. Blown away with the level of care from Dave via email, who was so accommodating in my request. All departments spoke to each other so there were no crossed wires. My request was passed onto Dave, who passed it onto the delivery driver. Super impressed! Didn't have to repeat myself once!! I had people booked to install some equipment but TPN never bothered to uplift a 7 grand order they'd guaranteed to deliver today. They didn't bother to contact me either. I only found out by digging.

If your company relies upon a courier, find another or risk them ruining your business. The dole is crying out for these people!

Driver rang my phone from the kerb side, had to be cajoled to bring the package, complete with pallet through the front door and then he promptly left everything and scarpered. We now have to dispose of a perfectly serviceable pallet and in addition the outer cardboard packaging was completely sodden.

I’ve had numerous deliveries by the pallet network. Nearly always the same delivery man. Polite, on time, professional and helpful. Always a good experience, thank you.

Was hoping to give them a good review as i don't recall using them before but turns out they are useless, waited in all day until 8.01pm only to then have amazon update from saying due to be delivered today by 8pm to saying on the way but running late , really, what a joke of a service or lack of, hope i never need upn again ever

I have just received a large item delivery from a very polite and helpful young man named Ryan from depot 079. He went out of his way to make sure my item was placed securely and safe. The delivery was on day and time as promised. I am elderly and live on my own and appreciated his efforts. Thankyou

If I could give zero or minus10, I would. Company lies through their teeth. 3 pickups scheduled and each time I waited. No sign of them. They lied each time with excuses that were silly bordering on farcical. Do not trust them. Take your business elsewhere.

The most personal and friendly customer service! Such a lovely guy named Andy delivered our pallet and went above and beyond to get it to where it needs to be. Very grateful!

Telford Branch could not have been more helpful. The company I ordered off had made a repeat mistake and the Telford depot sorted it out for me the first time and drew my attention to it the second. Bloody brilliant!
All staff I dealt with actually cared and were very kind and helpful.

The driver was the rudest most arrogant person I've ever met. Most unpleasant man on the planet. Shouldn't be working in a customer facing role. The pallet network really need to look at some of the drivers it's providers use.

Complete joke of a delivery company, they don’t even deliver on the day they are due, then make up excuses, sad thing is that the company’s that use them are getting their reputations tarnished by this rubbish company

Paid for before 10:30 delivery of a commercial dishwasher to a WC2 address. Waited all morning on site from 07:30. Contacted my dishwasher supplier and was first informed that in actual fact pre 10:30 deliveries can’t be carried out in the area and it should have been before 12:00 pm. Waited until 12:00, no delivery. Further phoned the supplier and was told driver was on route and would be about 20 minutes. Waited until 12:50 with still no delivery. Was forced to contact supplier and cancel the delivery until another day as restaurant now open and half full of customers.
This cost me a lost days work and now having to re arrange everything for the intended installation on Monday. Yours Les Frank

What a nightmare not only was delivery was late, but someone also forged my signature. I ordered sofa in June and stil I have never received an item, nor a refund or even information what could have happend with my item!!

I've just had a large car part delivered by HTG and the service from this driver was amazing. he was happy on the phone and helpful .
Very rare with most delivery companies

These company is the worst in England and the whole of Europe, I have never ever seen rude driver in my whole life, they were trusted to deliver my furniture by dreamhomestore.co.uk, one driver came I think his name was Martin and he dumped the furniture outside in a pallet, I said to him this furniture has not been delivered because I can't take it inside by myself, when I bought it, the pic showed 2 men job, just one turned up with a forklift, I had to refuse delivery ,he asked me to sign, I thought I was signing to say I had refused it, so I did, the driver took the furniture back, load it and go, but he reported it has been delivered to me and I signed for it. Mean while Dreamhouse refused to refund my money back because they said the furniture had been delivered.Luckly had recorded everything so am going to expose these idio*ts and also report them to the governing body. This company is a scam

Terrible service in every sense. Keep saying they have attempted delivery when they haven’t. Rude staff on the phone. Will never buy something being delivered by these people again. Avoid!!
