Spoke to a “customer service manager” named Emma. I don’t know her second name as she refused to give it. The company said my street wasn’t wide enough to deliver when I blatantly is. They wouldn’t even drop it at the end of the road where they apparently drove to. I don’t think they even bothered to come and just looked on a map and thought “nah can’t be bothered”
Emma’s customer service was abysmal, kept talking over me and just being blatantly rude. Avoid this firm like the plague
Company rang 2 weeks after order was placed but never left voicemail. 2 days later had an email from the supplier saying I was going to be charged £5 a day for storage! Sent tracking that didn't work. Had to speak to a horrible old boot to finally arrange delivery... tried to call me elusive!
Day of delivery.. could they redeem themselves? Guy showed up and complained there wasn't a drop curve on my street so would have to leave it in the road...he promptly did and drove off. Had to drag the parcel in with help from a neighbour. Unbelievable!
Ordered some goods on Friday and TPN delivered on Saturday morning at 08:00. Great service and a very nice polite driver. Top marks

After speaking to all of the above regards a pallet there network tampered with and this was on CCTV they choose to play games with me

A parlce of mine is booked via a webiste called speedshift they then use the pallet network to collect my parcle who use a company called jonen to collect the pallet....
Anyways the pallet is damaged during delivery ( this happened twice )
The responsible party did not report this as a damage and decided to deliver the pallet.. (that's not professional is it)

What a useless company. No tracking details available. Had to rely on product supplier to ring them to get eta. All were false eta. Still waiting for delivery 4 hrs after original eta. Do not buy products which rely on on this company for delivery
I've had to lots of pallets delivered, contacted them via phone on the day and both arrived around 3-5pm in windsor.
One on a two day service and one on a three day, for the price, it seems very reasonable and so far a great service delivery 7 pallets.
Even by the shoddy standards of the parcel delivery industry they are stand out dreadful. From missing delivery dates, unanswered calls, a message service on their website that won’t send your message, an app that won’t download and a customer service number that isn’t customer service. P!ss poor
poor service, they have no idea on when your pallets will be delivered. Hope for the best if your sub-contractors have used them!
We booked the pallet network to deliver our product due to our usual haulier being too busy. Awful experience from the get go, driver was joking about how bad the depot was and they don't take care of the pallets etc. which turned out not to be a joke as they depot destroyed a pallet of our product due to their lack of care. This was at the beginning of July, 2 weeks later the client phoned us asking where their goods were so I chased up their delivery however had no response from TPN. I chased up for weeks to finally be told the goods had been damaged and were just sitting outside their depot, I then requested a refund mid August as the goods were deemed undeliverable. I have been chasing up the refund every since! 10000% DO NOT recommend this company.
Very friendly driver put my sofa and chair as close to the door as possible. He removed the pallet for me, no complaints from me.
What a disgusting service. Given promised delivery dates twice only to be disappointed after waiting in. Promised an update phone call. You guessed, no call.
Paid for next day, got it 4 days later. No apology. No refund. There is nothing more frustrating than a company who will go to extreme lengths to make you feel that you are in the wrong for complaining rather than going the extra mile to deliver on time.
Great service. My pallet was delivered next day, exactly as they said it would. Sounds simple but other companies that offer the same thing have failed miserably!

The driver that brought our aggregate could not have been more pleasant he went out of his way to be helpful and got it all on our drive leaving room for our car. The reason for the missing star is because probably because they are busy our order was not on the date promised but this could have been due to the company using them
If I could give this a minus score I would. Pallet collected on a next day service last week to arrive Thursday. Didn't arrive - promised Friday Didn't arrive Promised Saturday -Didn't arrive. and again today. You get the drift and it goes on and on.
Online Tracker says delivery attempted Sat am .. UTTER LIE !!! I find today the pallet is still in a hub in Birmingham and it should be in London. They are overloaded, cant cope yet still taking business and lying about the situation.
Problems happen sometimes LYING is always avoidable. This firm cannot be trusted with your goods !
Rude and terrible service - contracted by company we ordered from, we'll let them know about the poor service and attitude this company exhibited as well! Any company researching delivery services, please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - so many other contractors out there, use them instead. Your delivery service should be an extension of your customer experience. The driver was just rude when I asked him to move the pallet by 3 feet because I couldn't lift it myself, he just shrugged and said he could've put it in the street! Decent, common courtesy does not exist with this company. I maybe would understand if they were in a rush, but they sat in front of the house for another five minutes! Phoned the number listed on truck, and the man who answered at headquarter's attitude was the same, their attitude and care for customers is NONEXISTENT.
Terrible my play bark arrived 7 days late. Ordered from gravelmaster and courier couldn't have been worse took ages and held up my garden project
TPN delivered a large order of compost yesterday. The order was from a different company whom use TPN to deliver their orders.
I must admit to being worried about the delivery after reading some of the reviews on here.
However, the service I received was absolutely first class.
The delivery chap even put all 15 bags of compost on my front lawn. Thus saving me much effort and energy.
