I am a British passport holder living in Germany. I recently changed more than just my family name by deed poll after marriage and needed my passport to reflect this change in order to change all my paperwork and permits.

As a touring musician, I can’t be without my passport for long periods of time so I was delighted to discover a service exists that will cut this time significantly.

Ben has been fantastic to work with in solving the riddles and got my passport back to me quickly and updating me at every step. He was at the passport appointment first thing the following morning and it was printed the following day. I had it delivered to my DHL post office box here in Germany under my old name which was very uncomplicated. I‘m absolutely delighted with how the process went and it is so worth it.

can’t recommend this company enough! i had lost my passport a week before flying and thought i wouldn’t be able to go. I got in contact with Ben and he was so helpful, all i had to do was send over my details and they did the rest. He expressed the urgency to the passport office and managed to get it to me in 3 days. Would definitely use again!

I'm so pleased I found The Passport Expert! Ben was incredibly helpful from my very first enquiry to when my passport was on it's way back to me. I did the 7 day fast track service and had my new passport in less then 5 days. All messages were rapidly responded to, the process was explained clearly and Ben was very friendly throughout. The clock was ticking to sort a time-sensitive application.

And I needed a passport ASAP to complete the application.

But after being out the UK for a few months, I hadn't got around to renewing my passport.

Throw in 100 other things with the business and whenever I sat down to renew it...

...something else was getting in the way.

But the Passport Expert picked up my old passport directly and got a new one through the letter box in 7 days.

It took me 2 minutes to fill out the basic details needed.

Then they handled the rest.
