With summer coming up, my wife and I were going abroad for a holiday (something we haven’t done since Covid) but I needed to update my passport as it was expiring next month, with holiday around the corner and added stress of passport, I came across the passport experts TikTok’s and messaged them via WhatsApp, they were extremely helpful from the start and really reassured me that my passport can be with me in the space of 2 days, which I found shocking, I didn’t have to move a muscle and they took care of everything from start to finish.

They assured me everything will be 100% okay and it was. They coverd everything and attended the appointment for me and I was so surprised less than a week ago I asked and today my passport arrived to my door I can’t Belive it. These guys are incredible , super polite , helpfull , fast and trust worthy if you need your passport and you don’t have time to go to your appointment or you are anxious or whatever it may be the passport experts are your hero’s! I had a name change to do on passport and wanted it back ASAP as had holiday booked wasn’t shore how I went about the process so contacted these guys & (Ben) can honestly say I don’t think I’ve experienced anything as easy and smoothly processed with this all due to the professionalism Ben talked me through everything then backed up with email plus kept me updated throughout the process I had 7 day fast track was done in 2 days and in the post well worth the money top company thanks Ben

7 day Fast track very easy, filled in form on website, sent off docs and passport came in 5 days. Had to take the day off work to go Newport passport office last year and was a nightmare
