My overall impression was that they did not care at all - almost glad to get rid of me. I got a new contract, transferred my number and shut the account.

TPO was started by three friends sharing a common vision. To transform something that people use everyday, their mobile phones, into a force for good. They launched it in late 2012 in the UK and it's been growing ever since. In January 2014, Jimmy Wales, the founder of Wikipedia, joined the company. Our goal is to raise billions for good causes worldwide, delivering goodness with every connection made. 10% of customers’ mobile bill is directed to their cause or charity of choice at no extra cost to them.

Good coverage and low prices

Good coverage on 3 network.

Low prices that are held for existing customers even when the advertised prices go up for new customers.

Could improve the number porting process so that it is automated on the website rather than by email request.

Save loads on your mobile bill

This service is incredible value for money, by far the cheapest I have found AND they contribute part of your bill to your nominated charity. Painless, prompt switch over of my phone number, excellent service.

Utterly abysmal

Utterly abysmal; atrocious network issues and atrocious, non-existent customer service. Activated two sims on two phones with no service on the network. Their website said try again in seven days. Informed customer services by email as there is no way to phone them (ridiculous for a telecoms company). Customer services should have responded within 12 hours but didn't. Cancelled after three days without using any call allowance or data, demanded a refund. Response within 24 hours saying sim activated therefore refunds not possible. Emailed their complaints team which is stage 2 of their complaints procedure as stage 1 is an 0870 number and chargeable (again ridiculous for a telecoms company and for a complaints line). 12 days later and no response from their complaints team; no surprise there.

I don't think this company is serious about sharing proftit, if it were then they might consider trying to keep customers with the best service possible. Personally, I think this company is using the principle of sharing 10% of their profit as a sham as they do not apply the same principle of compassion to taking care of their customers. So much for this company's claim to make a positive impact on peoples lives.

Looking at the numerous other single star reviews I have obviously shared the crap experience by those reviewers. I wish I could have given no stars.

Awful company

Awful company. Charges for data when mobile data switched off. Paid tonight and within an hour, stopped my phone usage again saying I had run out of credit again - despite my not using the phone. No reply from customer services as usual. I am leaving asap...
