Initial experience very good
Initial experience very good. I liked the way they presented formation and their policy of paying to charities. When I decided to transfer to TPO everything went very smoothly, including taking my first payment! Then on a Friday I was informed that my mobile number would be transferred by 8pm that evening. It wasn't. And it wasn't Saturday morning so I sent an email. No reply. Transfer not effected by Saturday evening. Sent another email, no reply. Sunday ditto. I checked with my former supplier who told me that they had made the transfer Friday afternoon. reported this to TPO, no reply. Monday morning I checked my phone. The number had been transferred and I could now receive texts. I also had an email from TPO saying my number would be transferred by Monday evening, no acknowledgment of my emails, no apology. Do TPO staff not work at weekends?
Frequent network blackouts- no replies from customer service
I have put up with TPO for over a year
They offered the best deal at the time, however within a couple of months they doubled my bill without warning.
I have finally ended my contract with them as I have had complete network blackout since 31st December (today's date 6th Jan).
This has been a regular problem with TPO.
I have looked back through my messages and found the network was down:
31st December 2017 onwards
25th-27th of November and 11th-13th November
26th September-4th October
14th-16th June
26th-29th May
I have contacted customer service and have not had any replies

I've had a mobile phone for over 25yrs
I've had a mobile phone for over 25yrs, this was the worst company ever, I've been with them for 6 month's, they sent me a email giving my puk code, I didn't even end my contract with them, I phoned them, to my surprise, not only had they finished my contract but they had cut me off, they didn't even say why, it's disgusting, I quickly had to go to a another phone provider to get a new sim straight away, very disappointed

I haven't had data for a week since the renewal of my contract and apparently its all run out. Similar thing happened last month when I bought extra data and apparently it rain out in 6 minutes when I was in a wi-fi zone.
When you phone them all they ever say is 'we will ask our technical team'. They just say 'what we charge is correct'. You can't question anything and they have no evidence either.
Yes its cheap and seems nice that you give to charity. This isn't worth the low price you pay as the service is awful.
AVOID at all costs.

No issues so far with this provider. Tariff very simple and straight forward to understand. Service comparable with previous providers, easy to set up roaming too.

Couldn't get 2 factor authentication working, you can't call them only request a callback.

Awful customer service: rude and unprofessional
They sent me a text out of the blue telling me their fraud team had detected ‘unusual activity on my account’. All I had done was send a group text to 20 people. Without even a phone call or any warning I was sent a text telling me my contract had been ceased and another text with my PAC CODE. I emailed them for an explanation and all I got was a blunt and unfriendly reply saying there was nothing they could do.
Appalling treatment for a loyal customer. And rubbish coverage too. Don’t waste your money, choose a better company!

TPO mobile have been excellent since I joined - the only reason I haven't given 4 stars is because the network they use (3) isn't as fast or have as good coverage as the previous one I was on. But it's good enough for millions of people and I am more concerned with having a mobile upplier with an ethical outlook
Absolutely awful. Don't even bother.
Absolutely awful customer service. Disgusting and this is just a glimpse of the nature of the network. I'm writing this review as I just got off the phone with TPO. The date is 28/12/2017 and the time is 1:27pm. Disgusting service. No responsibility on their behalf even though they have taken money out of my account before the SIM I ordered through then was activated which I then found out couldn't be activated. What a shambles. I'm a student who thought the "value" deals from TPO would be worth it. It wasn't. Don't waste your time. Spend a bit extra. Disgusting customer service and this seems to be a growing trend for this company.

Make it your priority
TPO, Excellent service and I would recommend everyone change provider and move over to TPO. I wish I had sooner, they are amazing.
