The Difficult Rug
There were numerous problems involved with this order. I have gone over all of them with the customer service department and finally received the rug when I threatened to cancel the order. Much of the problems were with shipping (a separate company) and I have contacted them with complaints related entirely to them. My chief complaint with TPR is their lack of followup and attention to issues before they become problems.
The rug seems nice and I did appreciate the help at the very end of this order.

The latex backing is giving off an odor. I hope it will dissipate soon. Even though I used the sample rug piece and latex backing that was sent to me to confirm my door would slide over it easily, when received today, there is a drag under the door. I'm hoping it will lie flatter as it is walked on and this will no longer be an issue.
